Biography
I devote my practice 100% to consumer issues. Whether you are having a difficult time financially and need to file for bankruptcy relief or if you are being harassed by creditors and need an aggressive attorney to make creditors follow the law, my staff and I can help you in obtaining the relief you need.
Prior to law school I attended BYU where I studied sociology and psychology. While at BYU I was fortunate to play football for the Cougars and was part of the inaugural Mountain West Conference champion team.
I offer a free consultation on bankruptcy cases to discuss what options are available and to help you prepare a plan in moving forward.

Replied last October 19, 2015Scott: I can appreciate your frustration with the final ruling in your case. I have handled literally thousands of consumers cases and as much as I do my best to get the best outcome possible at the end of the day the final decision is left to a judge or jury. When a judge or jury makes a decision that we don't agree with then our remedy is to appeal it to a higher court. Unfortunately the appeal process is lengthy and requires a substantial amount of work. Because of that it is necessary for me to charge additional legal fees above and beyond what it costs to handle a typical case through trial. I wish we would have been able to get a better final result in your case but the facts of the matter dictated otherwise.
