Biography
I devote my practice 100% to consumer issues. Whether you are having a difficult time financially and need to file for bankruptcy relief or if you are being harassed by creditors and need an aggressive attorney to make creditors follow the law, my staff and I can help you in obtaining the relief you need.
Prior to law school I attended BYU where I studied sociology and psychology. While at BYU I was fortunate to play football for the Cougars and was part of the inaugural Mountain West Conference champion team.
I offer a free consultation on bankruptcy cases to discuss what options are available and to help you prepare a plan in moving forward.

Not totally honest
I hired Mr. Skiba to handle my bankruptcy because he advertises that he fight fair debt collection violations. Sadly, that is not true. Mr. Skiba failed to disclose his relationship with my biggest debt collector that was trying to foreclose on my home. That debt collector used invalid documents i...
