Jinny M. Campbell

Last Summer I was in desperate need of an attorney. Jinny M. Campbell came to the rescue. Jinny's professionalism and sincere personality is beyond exceptional. She went above and beyond the call of duty as an attorney. She outsourced a fellow attorney to help her with my case. Both her and the other... attorney visited me regularly while I was incarcerated. She also kept in touch with my family, checking in daily which meant the world to me. If I ever need a Lawyer again she will certainly be my first call.

She was not on top of my case, she did nothing she promised me. Not one thing other than show up for me. She didn't even address my DMV situation knowing I can't drive anywhere. She told me she would go to trial but at the end gave me the option to go with another attorney. I was shocked that she... didn't follow through after I already paid her. A lot of empty promises that was never put in action. Oh yeah she even missed my court date and there was a warrant issued for me, she couldn't even admit to dropping the ball and instead she blamed her "assistant".. Not to mention I had to tell her the new law that went in to affect regarding BAC level .15 and above get an interlocking device for your vehicle. She has way to much going on and is a complete mess, now I have to hire another attorney to do what she couldn't. Don't waste your time and money with her, she is way to inexperienced to have your fate in her hands. I truly regret trusting her and I can never take back the outcome and the results of her not working. Don't be another victim to someone who isn't committed to her job.

This year in March a brother of mine was arrested. He was facing federal charges and looking at more then a couple years if convicted. I had no idea who to call so I reached out to everyone I could think of for advice on how to get help. I was given the number of Gonzalez Campbell and Jones. I called... spoke with Zoi Jones and the part of the phone call that I will never forget was before I hung up she said "we will get you through this". That was the first time since hearing of my brothers arrest that I did not feel helpless. They asked where he was located and headed there that same day. The attorney assigned to him was Jinny Campbell. Mrs. Campbell showed a great work ethic by constantly working to get the lowest time possible for my brother. At times it was constantly working around the clock. I would receive emails in addition to calls between first thing in the morning to late at night updating my family and myself about everything that was going on plus the status of my brother while relaying messages back and forth. The law firm was also able to set up payment arrangements for myself who has been out of work for a while. In conclusion my brother was sentenced and received time served which is rare in a federal case. He is to be released in January. None of this would have been possible without Gonzalez Campbell and Jones, I could not recommend their services enough. My daughter, a high school teacher, was removed from the classroom after having been falsely accused of inappropriate behavior with one of her students. Ms. Campbell was extremely helpful as a defense attorney for my DUI case. She was very informative and responsive to all my questions and concerns and her rates are better than most around San Diego. She was always keeping me updated on what was happening every step of the way which made me feel comf...ortable during this stressful time. I have referred all of my family and friends to her if they ever get into any legal matters. I would have Ms. Campbell represent me in any type of legal case in the near future.
