About Anna
Biography
Anna M. Romanskaya is a Partner with Stark & D’Ambrosio, LLP and manages the firm’s family law division. She represents clients in all aspects of family law, including pre and post marital agreements, dissolution, child custody, child and spousal support, property division and post judgment issues. Anna is renown for her advocacy for her clients and her collegial relationship with her opposing counsels and the court.
Anna is an activist and avid public speaker on victim advocacy, domestic violence and youth issues. She uses her background in crisis intervention and negotiation to offer her clients passionate and empathetic representation as they work through the emotional challenges of their family law matters. Anna is regarded as one of the leading family law practitioners in San Diego by both her clients and her peers.
Among her accolades, Anna has been recognized as Best of the Bar by the San Diego Business Journal and as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers consecutively since 2015. Anna has been selected as one of the Top 10 Attorney Under the Age of 40 by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys, Inc. and has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in San Diego by the San Diego Metro Magazine. Anna is a past board member and Vice President of Public Relations for Lawyers Club of San Diego, an organization whose mission is the advancement of women in the profession. Anna is also a past board member and Vice President of the San Diego County Bar Association. In 2017, Anna was recognized for her contribution to the community by her alma matter, Thomas Jefferson School of Law, by being awarded the Outstanding Service to the Community Award.
Anna's advocacy for the legal profession is nationally renown. Anna is a Past Chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association (ABA), which is the premier legal organization in the world. The ABA Young Lawyers Division is the largest Division of the American Bar Association, with membership spanning over 188,000 members nation-wide. She currently serves as a representative to the ABA House of Delegates, which is the policy making body of the Association.
Anna is a graduate from the University of California, Santa Barbara where she double-majored in Political Science and Law and Society and received her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. She is admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California.

Doesn’t worth my time
I hired this lawyer over a year and a half ago and hardly heard back after my initial payment my court hearings were delayed over a year and I’m still waiting for results, so I hired another lawyer. I hope this review save someone time and money

Made me feel so insecure
I hired Ms. Romanskaya for my divorce case. My ex stonewalled and fought me over every little thing. I was so disappointed.
