Replied last September 09, 2014This client review came as a complete shock and deeply saddens me. This scathing review is unfortunately filled with inaccuracies. I never promise or guarantee results--any attorney who does is being untruthful. This is explained to each client and highlighted in my retainer agreement, which does NOT include trial. Trial is reserved for cases that I believe have a good chance of winning—I refuse to represent a client in trial (and charge additional legal fees) if I don’t think there is a good chance a jury would find for my client after reviewing all the evidence, or lack thereof. I unfortunately don't know what happened to spur this negative review and have attempted to contact this client, but to no avail. I wish this client the best.
