Biography
Michael R. Juarez is licensed to practice law in all state courts within the State of California and before the United States District Court Southern District of California. He is a Senior Partner at the Law Office of Michael R. Juarez, and a member of the State Bar of California in good standing.
Michael attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Society. While at UCSB, he laid the groundwork for one of the best Mock Trial Teams in the country as one of six founding members. He earned his Juris Doctor in San Diego at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he served as Vice President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, a board member of the Criminal Law Society, and a member of the Maritime Law Society.
Since adolescence, Michael has desired to attain justice for his fellow man as an advocate of inalienable rights and a critic of injustice. To realize this goal he has gained extensive experience with the courts by personally representing multiple individuals in Criminal Court, Civil Court, and Family Court. He also acquired experience by working with, the Veteran’s Legal Assistance Clinic, the Restorative Justice Mediation Program, a Judicial Clerkship, and various private civil and criminal attorneys.
