Very knowledgable!

Had a difficult question on a unique issue and Mr. Rowe was the only one of 6 attorneys that I spoke with to come up with the right answer and was able to lead me in the right direction. Forever thankful!

Excellent lawyer/wonderful person

Jeffrey Rowe recommendation

Jeffrey Rowe gave sound advice over the phone and he was well versed in the law. His predictions on cost, timing and the likelihood of a successful conclusion to my issue all proved to be prescient. Jeff took the time to keep me informed of the status of our matter by e-mail as the process unfolded, and he was quick to respond to my inquiries. Assistance with first time DUI

Jeff has helped our family with a situation no one wants to hear about, that a loved one received a DUI. The reality check is that a DUI is not a traffic offense, it is a criminal act. It is a scary thing to know that fines are not the issue, staying out of jail is the issue! Jeff was responsive from the first phone call. Speaking directly with Jeff was easy and assuring. Other offices could not even get me a returned phone call from their attorney, only a promise I would hear from them at some point. Upon my first discussion with Jeff, he had no concern with also speaking with my family attorney as I wanted a familiar attorney to also select who we would employ with such a serious matter. Jeff was gracious and also impressed my local counsel. Jeff has been at all times responsive and clear about the many hurdles we face and could possibly encounter. At the same time, he has a warmth and compassion to which you can lean on in a difficult time. I cannot give higher praise to his professionalism and service.

2nd DUI

Jeff represented me for a 2nd DUI. He was very pleasant to work with and was always available to me either by phone or by email. Jeff is very knowledgeable and he was able to answer any question or concern that I had at anytime. Criminal defense

I hired jeff on a criminal matter. I had two misdemeanors in the first degree. And he was able to get them knocked down to two summary offenses as per the plea with the district attorney. Jeff was professional , courteous and always left you know what he thought the outcome was going to be. He always returned phone calls and kept you up to date on your case.

Out of State Representation

My family hired Mr. Rowe to represent me when I was charged with underage drinking in the state of Pennsylvania. Given that I'm not a resident and only go to school in Pennsylvania we needed an attorney who was accessible and prompt in communication with my parents. He clearly explained the charge and possible legal scenarios I was facing. He quickly and thoroughly understood my circumstances and developed sound arguments for the dismissal of the charge. During the hearing, Mr. Rowe presented an argument that only an outstanding attorney could formulate. Bottom line, not guilty....case closed. Thank you Mr. Rowe Highly recommend.....5 stars

DUI Lawyer

Mr Rowe was able to handle all necessary actions in order to get me into the ARD program. He even filed my early termination paperwork for me. I recommend his services if you get into legal trouble.
