Beau A. Hoffman joined AxRunkle, P.C. in July, 2018. Prior to working with AxRunkle, Beau worked with a law firm in Williamsport, PA and gained municipal, business and litigation experience. Beau also gained legal experience as an intern with the office of the Union County District Attorney with Pete Johnson (Lewisburg, PA). In May 2014, Beau graduated from Regent University School of Law. While at Regent, Beau was a member of both the Trial Advocacy Board and the Moot Court Board. In 2011 Beau graduated Cum Laude from Shippensburg University where he earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice. At Shippensburg, Beau was a member of the football program program (NCAA Div. II). Beau was born and raised in Lewisburg, PA where he now lives with his wife, Brette, and their son, Park. In addition to practicing law, Beau is active with his church, Face-to-Face Church--Lewisburg, at which he occasionally preaches.

Legally Establishing My Business
Legally establishing my business was daunting to me and I had never worked with a lawyer before so everything was all so new. Beau kindly and willingly educated me on the steps that I needed to take in legalizing my business. He was super helpful and answered any question I had with patience. We have hired Beau on several occasion for Independent Contractor Agreements, Personal Wills, Lease Agreements, land purchasing, land development, etc. Whatever our lives or business needs have brought us. He has always done great work and very responsive and prompt. Beau listens to the project/issue at hand and then brings back the solution in a very timely manner. LLC Formation
I would highly recommend Beau Hoffman. He helped my partner and me form an LLC for our business. He talked us through all of our options in detail, listened to our plans and goals, and answered all of our questions. Commercial business contract
I am a first time business owner so I contacted Mr. Hoffman about my commercial real estate contract. I had trouble understanding some of the language and had a fear of being taken advantage of. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and compassion for my situation. I was afraid of asking dumb questions because this was my first experience. Thankfully Mr. Hoffman validated and answered all of my concerns. He reviewed and explained every section of my contracted and provided great insight into the details that allowed me to negotiate a fair contracted. I felt that his communication skills make the process significantly easier for me to understand. I would recommend him to anyone as an attorney that they can trust will handle all matters with compassion and honesty.
