Mr. Ciuca did an outstanding job of representing me, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my case. His level of dedication and availability made me feel as though I was his only client, and I wouldn’t hesitate hiring him again if need be. HIGHLY recommended.
Anthony helped every step of the way. Explained everything perfectly so I could understand and put my mind at ease. He was great. Very friendly and helpful day or night. I am thankful to have had him as a part of my team.

Security Clearance after DUI
A year ago, I found myself in a tough position. I had just gotten a DUI, and as a member of the armed forces I was notified that my security clearance would be under review. My job in the military is my sole source of income, and if I lost my security clearance, rightfully so I would lose my position. I was told that I had thirty days to provide a rebuttal, so I had to act fast. I knew I needed a lawyer with an extensive background in security clearance law. I did some research, and within a few days I had found Mr. Ciuca. Once I contacted Tony and explained my situation, he wasted no time at all. Within a week, he helped me gather all of the paperwork I needed and provided me with an outline of how he was going to draft my rebuttal to the security clearance review board. Soon after, he authored a rebuttal letter for me, and after a day or two, I submitted my final response to the review board. A few months later, I was notified that I would be able to keep my security clearance. I can’t express the gratitude that I have for Tony. He was right there with me every step of the way, and wasted no time. His speedy and well drafted response helped to save my career, and for that I will be forever grateful.

The best lawyer around
I hired Anthony to handle a medicaid fraud case I was involved for 100,000.00 billing discrepancy. Anthony agreed to take my case and after I gave him the information he contacted the Attorney General. I was looking at 9 1/2 to 15 months in jail and restitution. There were 7 felony counts. Anthony negotiated a plea deal that was no jail time or house arrest. One count of Felony 3 - Medicaid Fraud, 75. a month restitution, all probation is concurrent - 5 years, phone reporting. Anthony explained everything and was able to deliver. I highly recommend Anthony and am very pleased with his results. He is very good at what he does for his clients.

"I am a prosecutor in Williamsport, PA. Tony and I worked together in the DA's Office for 5 years. Tony handled over 400 criminal cases each year. He has an extensive working knowledge of all facets of the criminal justice system. He has mastered even the most complex procedures in criminal law. Tony spent so much time in the courtroom that there are few courtroom scenarios that he has not encountered. His tireless preparation and attention to detail in criminal matters were legendary. He was well liked by the judges and the defense bar in our community. Due to his substantial knowledge of the inner workings of the criminal justice system, including his first hand knowledge of the dynamics within the prosecutor's office, Tony would be the ideal defense attorney for someone charged with a crime. He spent years spotting weaknesses in his cases in order to prepare for defense challenges at trial. He now uses those skills for the benefit of his private clients."
