Awesome results!!!

James was the best. I was charged with reckless driving and it was reduced to speeding and a reasonable fine and court cost. I would absolutely recommend him and I will certainly use him again if needed!! He did a fantastic job and I didn't have to go to court. Thank you James!!!

Speeding ticket

James was able to get my charge reduced to the zero-point offense "Failure to Pay Full Time and Attention" under the Fairfax County Code.

Bringing truth to light

I hired an attorney from a shady firm that sent me into court for a simple misdemeanor assault charge with an attorney that only dealt with Juvenile and Domestic cases between parents. Needless to say, she dropped the ball and I was unjustly found guilty. I appealed the case because she forgot the k...ey witness, James spoke to me and the witness before trial and made me feel at ease about the matter as I was facing time for the charge. He was a very aggressive but professional attorney in and outside the court room. He won my appeal and brought the truth to light. I can not thank him enough and would refer him to anyone that needs an honest, hard working, caring attorney. I will always call on him first in the future for all my legal needs.

Excellent hardworking Attorney
