About Mirham
Biography
Mirham Yacoub graduated from the University of Delaware in 2010 with honors, with a dual degree in both criminal justice and biology, with a minor in political science. She later attended Hofstra Universtiy School of Law on a merit scholarship and graduated in 2013. Mirham has worked at the Brooklyn Office of the District Attorney in the domestic violence division, clerked for the Honorable Judge Voustinas in the criminal part of the Nassau County District Court. She has also defended indigent clients in various civil disputes at Nassau/Suffolk Law Services, as well as indigent youth in criminal proceedings with the Juvenile Justice Clinic at Hofstra University.
Mirham has defended clients in speeding/traffic matters, criminal matters, and various family law cases all over northern Virginia. She is very well acquainted with most jurisdictions, including but not limited to, Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Prince William, Stafford and Loudoun counties.
Today, Mirham continues to defend clients all over northern Virginia as an associate attorney at S&R Law Firm in Fairfax, Virginia. Having worked for a prosecutor's office, clerked for a judge, and found her passion in defense work, Mirham has an extremely well-rounded approach to every case and will diligently defend your rights.
