Awesome results!!!

James was the best. I was charged with reckless driving and it was reduced to speeding and a reasonable fine and court cost. I would absolutely recommend him and I will certainly use him again if needed!! He did a fantastic job and I didn't have to go to court. Thank you James!!!

What a Life-Saver!

I was cited for reckless driving in Fairfax County. After receiving the onslaught of mail from lawyers wanted to help me out, I called James Rice. I was terrified as I had never been through this before and some of the mailings had terrified me. Mr. Rice quickly put my fears to rest and thoroughly... guided me through the process and gave me realistic potential outcomes. He was detailed and precise, I had a much better understanding of the situation. The online client portal was super easy to use and kept me up to date on the progress of the proceedings and any necessary details I needed to take care of. In the end, the ticket was reduced to a simple speeding ticket. I never expected to have the charges completely dismissed and was never led to believe that would be the case. So, in the end, my case was resolved in a manner that was the best possible scenario. I would HIGHLY recommend Rice Traffic Law to anyone in need of representation in court.

Great job done !

We had hired James for my reckless driving case in Northern VA. Not only did he offer us a great pricing compared to others but he was very professional from beginning and converted the reckless case into a standard speeding ticket. Our fine amount was reduced too because of this. I highly recommend ...James for any driving related case.

Reckless reduced to speeding

I was charged with going 85/50.. Attorney Rice had my charge amended to 69/50 as a regular infraction. This is exactly what I wanted as a misdemeanor charge would've posed a that to my current federal employment. Thank you so much, I appreciate what you have done for me!!!

Reckless Driving

To be charged with Reckless Driving and after reading about the possible consequences, it is time to get some assistance. James Rice listened to my situation and kept me informed before each step happened. He made a possibly bad situation; like it never happened. I would recommend James wholehear...tedly.
