What a Life-Saver!

I was cited for reckless driving in Fairfax County. After receiving the onslaught of mail from lawyers wanted to help me out, I called James Rice. I was terrified as I had never been through this before and some of the mailings had terrified me. Mr. Rice quickly put my fears to rest and thoroughly... guided me through the process and gave me realistic potential outcomes. He was detailed and precise, I had a much better understanding of the situation. The online client portal was super easy to use and kept me up to date on the progress of the proceedings and any necessary details I needed to take care of. In the end, the ticket was reduced to a simple speeding ticket. I never expected to have the charges completely dismissed and was never led to believe that would be the case. So, in the end, my case was resolved in a manner that was the best possible scenario. I would HIGHLY recommend Rice Traffic Law to anyone in need of representation in court.

Reckless Driving

To be charged with Reckless Driving and after reading about the possible consequences, it is time to get some assistance. James Rice listened to my situation and kept me informed before each step happened. He made a possibly bad situation; like it never happened. I would recommend James wholehear...tedly.

Bringing truth to light

I hired an attorney from a shady firm that sent me into court for a simple misdemeanor assault charge with an attorney that only dealt with Juvenile and Domestic cases between parents. Needless to say, she dropped the ball and I was unjustly found guilty. I appealed the case because she forgot the k...ey witness, James spoke to me and the witness before trial and made me feel at ease about the matter as I was facing time for the charge. He was a very aggressive but professional attorney in and outside the court room. He won my appeal and brought the truth to light. I can not thank him enough and would refer him to anyone that needs an honest, hard working, caring attorney. I will always call on him first in the future for all my legal needs.

Amazing Outcome! No Points!!

I would hire Mr. Rice again in a heartbeat! I do not live in the Northern Virginia area and trying to contest a ticket long distance seemed like a daunting task, but Mr. Rice's professional demeanor, prompt follow up, and easy to use web-based client portal made the experience smooth and painless. ...On my court date, Mr. Rice appeared on my behalf and negotiated my ticket down to a county infraction, resulting in no points on my driving record and no increase to my insurance! Mr. Rice was pleasant to deal with, showed a genuine concern, and was committed to fighting for the best possible results for me. When I first spoke with Mr. Rice about my traffic violation I wasn't sure if it was worth hiring a lawyer, but he said, "Let me see what I can do," and boy am I glad I did!
