Best Lawyer I've Ever Worked With...

My wife and I have used Christopher Simser as our attorney for a couple of civil cases. We cannot speak highly enough of his proficiency, attentiveness, and integrity. He is exactly the kind of lawyer you usually could only hope to have. He cares about doing what is right and accurately representing his clients. He treated us as clients and not just a case number. What’s more, he is extremely adept in his practice of law and is unmatched by any other lawyer I have ever come across. He prepared us for what to expect regarding our cases and walked us through each step of the process. Mr. Simser’s performance was critical to the outcome of our cases. If Mr. Simser were remotely a fair representation of our judicial and legal system, we would all live in a better and more just world. His years of experience handling civil cases (and complicated ones, at that) are evident. I would recommend Christopher Simser over any other lawyer in the Greater Binghamton area.

Most Effective Martimonial and Family Court Attorney In Binghamton

Honest and upfront

Best Hire

Christopher Simser as a lawyer was the best hire I could have possibly made. I live out of town and he regularly scheduled phone conferences with me around my schedule, he kept me informed and fought for me. He was able to get my DWI reduced to a non drinking ticket and he kept it out of trial which saved me money.

Great Trial Attorney!

Mr. Simser is an amazing attorney and a truly good person who I would recommend to any friend or family member in need of a DWI attorney. Throughout my entire experience working with Mr. Simser he kept me well informed and genuinely had my best interests in mind. I was charged with felony DWI and the district attorney was unwilling reduce the charges so we went to trial. During the trial Mr. Simser was very professional and his knowledge of DWI laws was quite impressive. It was remarkable how well he interacted with everyone in the courtroom from the judge and district attorney to the jury and the three testifying officers. At the conclusion of the trial I was found not guilty of felony DWI. I am incredibly thankful for everything Mr. Simser did for me.

Best Lawyer I could have asked for.

I would genuinely recommend this lawyer as the highest level of legal representation that I could have hoped for.
