Professional, Knowledgeable and Responsive
Mr. Eggleston is a pleasure to speak with and provides results quickly and efficiently. I can’t thank him enough for taking me on as a client. I had been trying to resolve a legal issues for over two years with a couple of attorneys in the area when a friend recommended Mr. Eggleston. Who else but Adam?
From the start, Adam made me feel comforted, hopeful and optimistic in an otherwise miserable and terrifying experience. I can't imagine working with anyone else, the perfect combination of personable and professional. He is determined and extremely knowledgeable of the law. Results!
Adam is everything you would hope for from a DWI layer - understanding, professional, creative, astute, diligent, informative, etc. Due to its complexity, my case lasted roughly 18 months from the date of the offense. Adam stayed interested and energized from start to finish, resulting in a full dismissal of the BAC report and other pertinent details, which resulted in a minor traffic infraction at the close. The success would not have been possible without him in my corner. He knows his stuff, and presents it flawlessly in the court room. I could not have been more pleased with my overall experience with Adam and obviously the outcome of my case!

Professional & gets results
I was referred to Adam by a friend who he successfully represented. I was apprehensive in hiring an attorney because I knew I needed to hire the right one because like many, i had alot at stake. Adam was professional, flexible and managed to put my mind at ease. Fortunately for us both, we had a successful outcome. I wouldn't refer anyone to anyone but Adam.

Saved my life!!!!!

smart and witty young lawyer
Adam got me the best possible outcome both with my dmv hearings and with the court system. He always gave me control on which way i wanted to go with options. Very easy to contact and a smart lawyer. I felt comfortable with him representing me. Well worth my money anyday.

People vs. JD
Adam was always very knowledgeable about case law, statutes, court room proceedings and any other question that I had during my case. This is a very strenuous thing for anyone to go through, but Adam was always there to answer questions and be the reassuring legal representation that I needed. I got the best possible outcome for my case. From month to month, I was always very well informed about the current status of my case and what the possible outcomes could be. I am very pleased that I had Adam as my attorney and would highly recommend him.

Great Attorney
Adam was able to bring my Felony DWI charges to a traffic infraction. Due to his and his teams knowledge of the courts, the laws and the DWI testing procedures employed in upstate NY. Adam was also very knowledgeable in what mistakes and biases that are held, when the police deal with certain members of the public they are supposed to be protecting.

professional with a personality
I was very pleased to work with Mr. Eggleston. He spoke to me before my court appearance explaining what may or may not occur. After my plea deal he explained what it meant, and what my next steps were. He was very professional and had a great personality.
