Highly Recomended

Arlene is the third attorney I have had for my brothers Guardianship over the last seven years. Previous attorneys were overpriced, inefficient or complacent. Arlene is a great attorney that surpasses all others. She is caring, efficient and has a true interest in doing the right thing for her clien...ts.

Committed and professional

Arlene is the consummate professional. At the same time, she is committed to the under-served. I have worked with her as a guardian for a woman with a significant intellectual disability. She has handled the case with same care and respect I imagine she gives all her clients. I would recommend Arlene... to anyone looking for legal support in her areas of expertise.

Outstanding Probate Lawyer

After my sister’s sudden death, I retained Arlene Joe to assist with the administration of my sister’s will. This was my first time through this process. In addition to being overwhelmed with grief, I was also completely overwhelmed with how to proceed as my sister’s personal representative. I could not have made it through this emotionally devastating ordeal without Arlene's compassionate guidance

Arlene Joe helped us gain full custody of our special needs grandson whom we have raised his whole life from his parents who are unable to provide the care he needs. Having to fight my son for his son was emotionally devastating and never in my worst nightmares did I ever think I would have to do su...ch a thing. There is no way I could have made it through this without Arlene's kind, compassionate, knowledgeable help. Not only were we able to settle with our grandson's parents, but with Arlene's help, we were able to complete this onerous task while being able to start rebuilding our relationship with our son and his girlfriend so that our dream of having his parents in his life but most importantly not in control of his life so that he is safe and given the best possible means, treatments, therapies, and support he needs to become as successful in his precious life as we know he can be. Throughout the whole process, Arlene was incredibly supportive and constantly worked with all parties to ensure the best possible outcome for all of us.

What A Relief

Arlene Joe put all of my concerns to rest in my daughter's guardianship. I put it off because of worry and she made sure everything was in order at every step. I especially appreciated her professionalism and commitment to keeping things moving to avoid delays.
