Revocable trust and new will

Arlene took care of all our needs and explained very clearly just what had to be accomplished. Very thorough and helpful

Excellent service!

We loved working with Arlene! She was so welcoming when we came to her home office and always kept an open line of communication. The guardianship process was a breeze and she really works with a high level of integrity.

Excellent Estate Lawyer plus more!

Arlene is a blessing when our family needed help with the probate of my husband's estate. She clearly explained the process, fees, what she can offer to help and what she can not do. She thoroughy walked me through the process and I appreciated that she also offered suggestions of what I can do to a...void extra lawyer fees. The follow ups were consistent and flexible. Arlene is caring, compassionate, and understanding yet firm with what needs to be done in a timely manner. She went extra miles for my family. I love her wisdom and compassion which was a blessing during our difficult time. Arlene was very pleasant to work with and sincere with her desire to help. I HIGHLY recommend Arlene!!

Arlene is very easy to talk to, very caring and concerned about your case. She was very quick to action, and kept us well informed as things popped up, concerning paper work or court dates. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her, or hire her again if the need ever arose.

Will and Estate Planning was a breeze

My husband and I have one daughter and just bought our first home together--it was finally time for us to write our wills and get our estate in order. Arlene made the process quick and easy. I had initially planned to utilize a lawyer through my work, but after reading reviews for Arlene, we decid...ed to conduct a phone consultation. The reviews did not lead us astray. Arlene is prompt, courteous, and responsive. I imagined the process would take much longer than it actually did, and we were only slowed by ourselves. If you are in need of an excellent Will and Estate attorney, Arlene may be right for you. We will continue to utilize her services in the future (like when we have a second child!).
