Excellent understanding, knowledge, intuition and service

Arlene Joe addressed my unique guardianship needs with great expertise. Given the background and my request for guardianship for a disabled family member, she was able to quickly access all of the needed legal information through the court system and quickly complete the needed documents to complete... the process. I would highly recommend her services.

Best of the Best

I hired Arlene to acquire guardian of my Mom, who was in a dementia facility. My Dad passed away and left a difficult situation as he had made a mess of their affairs shortly before he passed. Arlene acted quickly with her knowledge and experience to ensure I could act on my Mom's behalf as soon as p...ossible. She was always available to guide me through every step during such an extremely stressful, emotional time for me. I couldn't be more grateful to have worked with Arlene. Her knowledge, experience, professionalism, and most of all, her honesty and integrity is a true blessing to me! She is the best!

Wonderful lawyer!

Ms. Arlene represented my family, helping us to get guardianship of our adult child with special needs. She explained everything to us and guided us through the process. We highly recommend Ms. Arlene Joe!

Highly Recommended

I highly recommend Ms. Arlene Joe as a family law attorney. I live in another state and had to initiate and process a complex family guardianship case in Washington State. Ms. Joe guided me through the court processes of formalizing the guardianship of the Estate and Person, setting up a Special ...Needs Trust and ensuring the bank account to administer the SNT was set up according to law and IRS regulations. Ms. Joe is a knowledgeable, professional who is always concerned about what is best for her client, and was extremely responsive to my questions and concerns. I highly recommend her as a knowledgeable and caring legal professional.
