Arlene Joe

Arlene began working with my sister and I during a very difficult time in our lives. We were applying for guardianship of our elderly and ill father. Arlene was available any time we needed to consult with her, she represented us through court proceedings while always being patient and compassionat...e. Arlene is prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and very through. Our father passed away shortly after we were awarded guardianship and again Arlene was available and has been with us through the entire Estate process. She has always been professional, caring and considerate. We are coming to the end of our legal relationship but our family will always be grateful for her legal assistance, and compassion she made a difficult time for us a lot less stressful.

Arlene was just wonderful.

I had been working with another firm which seemed to frustrate me as it seemed difficult to get things moving forward in closing my mother's estate. A friend suggested I use this site to search for a lawyer who better suited my needs. After reading the reviews I was very fortunate to find Arlene. It ...was like night and day how she was able to explain each step. She demonstrated to me her skill, knowledge and most importantly her empathy in our shared mission. Both my mother and father did not leave a will so it was a bit of a mess to navigate and get my head around. Arlene was a real pro and I am now so relieved to have resolved my parent's affairs. My highest recommendation to her and her services. I will be using her services again to get my own family's affairs in order having learned a valuable lesson in all this. An excellent, honest, and trustworthy attorney.

Excellent attorney.

Knowledgeable about guardianship court documents. Helped me find other resources and referred me. Made the process so much easier .

Estate Planning

An excellent experience from start to finish. Arlene Joe prepared our Estate documents and helped us through the process, step by step. Flawlessly. She was very informative and knowledgable in answering all of our questions. We would definitely recommend Arlene Joe to any of our friends or family... in need of estate planning. How it should be

I hired Arlene to represent me in a guardianship case. Everything was done timely and professionally. She was by-my side all-the way. I would not hesitate to hire her again in the future or recommend her to anyone needing legal counsel.
