Review for Arlene Joe

I have had an excellent client relationship with Arlene Joe. In the beginning, I was very confused about the entire process and had unrealistic expectations. I had to restructure a parenting plan under some difficult circumstances. She was very patient and clear about what I could expect and yet h...elped me craft a plan that was unique to my needs. Her thorough knowledge and excellent preparation kept my case going in the direction it needed to go. She worked with a subtle and yet very firm hand on my behalf. I think her best strength is discovering what I needed, being realistic about what could be wrought, and then crafting a clear parenting plan for it. She was excellent dealing with the other parties as well--I was pleased her firmness and integrity.

Outstanding

Arlene is amazing. Very professional and extremely well respected by judges. She was responsive and knowledgeable. Ours was a custody case for our granddaughter. We found Arlene to be compassionate and fair. She was able to prod the lawyers on the other side to do their job too.

Helped me during a stressful time gaining guardianship of a loved one

I can't imagine having anyone else help me through the process of guardianship. Arlene was attentive, knowledgeable and compassionate every step of the way. I would recommend her to anyone needing this type of legal assistance. She is amazing!

Ms. Joe has worked with me on numerous guardianship cases. She is very professional and pleasant to work with, takes time to educate me and the clients as to what guardianships entail, and when a guardianship is appropriate. Arlene Joe surpassed our expectations in every way.

Arlene took a complicated matter to us concerning guardianship of my brother who is developmentally disabled. My father had difficulty locating a lawyer who would take this on in a timely manner. Arlene helped us through the process of becoming co-guardians. What we really like about Arlene is her... communication style. We were always in the loop. She is very thorough and was in contact with all involved. I received almost immediate responses to all my questions during the time we worked together. The process from start to finish was smooth. We now have peace of mind thanks to Arlene.
