Highly Recommended

I highly recommend Ms. Arlene Joe as a family law attorney. I live in another state and had to initiate and process a complex family guardianship case in Washington State. Ms. Joe guided me through the court processes of formalizing the guardianship of the Estate and Person, setting up a Special ...Needs Trust and ensuring the bank account to administer the SNT was set up according to law and IRS regulations. Ms. Joe is a knowledgeable, professional who is always concerned about what is best for her client, and was extremely responsive to my questions and concerns. I highly recommend her as a knowledgeable and caring legal professional.

Arlene Joe

Arlene began working with my sister and I during a very difficult time in our lives. We were applying for guardianship of our elderly and ill father. Arlene was available any time we needed to consult with her, she represented us through court proceedings while always being patient and compassionat...e. Arlene is prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and very through. Our father passed away shortly after we were awarded guardianship and again Arlene was available and has been with us through the entire Estate process. She has always been professional, caring and considerate. We are coming to the end of our legal relationship but our family will always be grateful for her legal assistance, and compassion she made a difficult time for us a lot less stressful.

Arlene is awesome!

Arlene is so kind, compassionate and professional. She went well above and beyond what is required to advise and educate me on the law(s) and the best course of action to take -- in navigating a very layered and complex situation. Frankly, Arlene is the most astute and insightful attorney I've ever m...et and to say that she exceeded my expectations is an understatement.

Review for Arlene Joe

I have had an excellent client relationship with Arlene Joe. In the beginning, I was very confused about the entire process and had unrealistic expectations. I had to restructure a parenting plan under some difficult circumstances. She was very patient and clear about what I could expect and yet h...elped me craft a plan that was unique to my needs. Her thorough knowledge and excellent preparation kept my case going in the direction it needed to go. She worked with a subtle and yet very firm hand on my behalf. I think her best strength is discovering what I needed, being realistic about what could be wrought, and then crafting a clear parenting plan for it. She was excellent dealing with the other parties as well--I was pleased her firmness and integrity.

Helped me during a stressful time gaining guardianship of a loved one

I can't imagine having anyone else help me through the process of guardianship. Arlene was attentive, knowledgeable and compassionate every step of the way. I would recommend her to anyone needing this type of legal assistance. She is amazing!
