An Asian American citizen

Mr. Crotty accepted my two employment cases after a number of other attorneys’ rejections. He immediately worked on my cases diligently. In 2016, Mr. Crotty won the jury’s unanimous favor in my first case after a trial in the federal court. In 2017, Mr. Crotty won the Washington State Supreme Cou...rt’s unanimous support for the jury’s decision. The victory was historical: nine of the nine Justices! In 2018, Mr. Crotty brought good results to conclude my two cases. Mr. Crotty has impressed me not only by his outstanding professional skills to win victories, but also by his extraordinary patience and understanding for me, his client. Mr. Crotty is a true hero who defended the U.S. as an army ranger and intelligence officer in the past and defends American justice in court now. I give him the highest respect and recommendation.

Client

Mr. Crotty was beyond excellent with his handling and execution of my case and the two trials that it involved. He had a very difficult and challenging case that set precedent for all veterans across the US and was opposed by a council who’s tactics were less then above bar. His demeanor was fantasti...c throughout the case but the most impressive quality he has is his outstanding and dedicated work ethic. Mr. Crotty did not spare any time, cut corners or lower his standards for an easier and quicker solution that would have sacrificed an aspect of the case. Additionally his courtroom presence and speech and integrity is second to none. I was proud to have him represent me.

Great job Matt, may not have got there without you

Matt was part of a team that represented me in a USERRA case involving a large company and large insurance. Because Matt has experience of being on both sides of litigation he brought an interesting dynamic to the table that provided insight and help me in making decisions especially in the latter pa...rts of the case. The team and him are very knowledgeable on veterans laws and protections and being that they are all veterans it really helped in the communication section, they all understood where i was coming from. I could not have had a better team. Very grateful for your hard work and dedication Mr. Crotty, thank you.

Outstanding USERRA Attorney!

Matt represented me in a USERRA suit against a large employer who was defended by a large hundred-lawyer multinational law firm. During the course of the lawsuit Matt's work ethic, the quality of his work, his communication with me, his initiative, and his understanding of the Law were Outstanding. M...att was head and shoulders more knowledgeable of the USERRA statute than the opposing firm, and his work product, presentation, and professionalism were of the absolute highest quality and were never even remotely approached by the opposing firm. Even though the opposing firm was able to spend their way thru litigation with zero concern for simply doing what was fair and right, Matt remained calm and focused and was able to deliver me a good result. I'd recommend Matt without question to any individual seeking resolution with their employer, and any Service Member involved in a USERRA complaint would be well served by having Matt on their side.

Longshot Win

Matt Crotty and his senior attorney, Ross White provided excellent service in this case. Once engaged, they moved expeditiously to defend against a court ordered judgement and have it set aside. Ultimately, they obtained a summary judgement dismissing the case for this client. Matt, as the junior ...attorney got to do a lot of the work in this case and was diligent, responsive, and aggressive in promoting a positive outcome for this client. I would highly recommend Matt Crotty for his work in this case and would return to the team of Matt Crotty and Ross White if needed in the future. Not all lawsuits are won of course, but I believe we received excellent service and best efforts even if we had lost this case.

"Matt is an excellent lawyer in every respect. He is tenacious and professional. I work with Matt on USERRA litigation. Recently, Matt provided invaluable assistance to me (both strategy, and writing on substantive motions) in preparing a USERRA case for trial. He was fast, inventive and delivered high quality products. Consequently, the case was resolved before trial. Matt is also a leader in the military, which gives him excellent rapport with clients. Matt cares about his fellow servicemen too; he is a frequent contributor to the Reserve Officer Associations law review on matters important to service members. I rely on Matt’s abilities and litigation experience. I am lucky we work on the same side."
