You NEED Legal Advice

Ryan Best and his awesome staff represented me after my home was wrecked in a windstorm. He advised me to take legal action against the contractors because of their substandard work and the insurance company for endorsing the contractors. Jacob Mark did a phenomenal job drafting motions. Corrie dug deep into the case to dig up facts that would help me. The rest of the staff did a great job supporting the team.

Promised a lot, over delivered!

Ryan Best was very clear and direct about my case. I was in a motor vehicle accident and my shoulder was still hurting. The Veterans Administration was giving me the run-around and nothing was getting done. Ryan helped me get good medical care, I got the surgery to fix my injured shoulder, AND he got us paid more than we thought. He was professional every step of the way, HIGHLY recommended!

Disability discrimination

I was fired by my federal employer shortly after telling them I had a disability. A government investigator declared that my claim had no merit, but Mr. Best was one of three attorneys who believed otherwise (the other two being Matthew and Mike). They determined that I had a valid disability discrimination case, and pursued it to a successful conclusion. At all times, Mr. Best kept me informed and answered all my questions. He was respectful, supportive, straight-forward, and helpful in preparing me for the various stages of the process. I feel extremely lucky to have found Mr. Best.

The Closer

I had a North Idaho wrongful termination case against a Fortune 100 company. It involved state and federal claims such as: ADEA (Age Discrimination), ADA (Disability), FLSA Collective Action (Wages, Overtime and Retaliation), Breach of Contract and more. I filed the case on 9/11 of 2012, contacted Ryan by February of 2013, and he initiated negotiations immediately. His skill and efficiency saved both sides time and money, and by July WE GOT PAID. (a VERY handsome settlement). It is nice to fight Goliath with Ryan and his team on your side. Ryan is experienced in insurance tactics and negotiations; he is savvy on current law and legal strategies; and he is a tenacious advocate. Can't say enough good stuff about this attorney. Made my own insurance company pay up!

I was involved in a hit and run accident with no way to collect from the driver who fled the scene. My own insurance company offered me a very, very low sum of money for the accident. I was concerned--I took my concerns to Ryan Best. He got 5 times what the insurance company had offered! I was completely impressed with his professionalism, his promptness and his desire to make things right. He is an incredibly intelligent person, and can still manage to make complex issues understandable.
