The most efficient law firm
I appreciate the passion, patience, and prompt attention my particular case received. My attorney, Thomas Jarrard was outstanding; he really showed full dedication towards getting me a quick and positive outcome on my case. He provided me with a sense of confidence after the Global law firm I previously worked at assigned a Partner in an attempt to deny me of my rights under USERRA. He is talented, hardworking and an exceptional lawyer. He is extremely knowledgeable, candid, and efficient in his work. Thomas is an expert in USERRA laws, and get results quickly. First class USERRA attorney
I had not one but two USERRA cases with Frontier Airlines the first one came out a draw. The second one setteled with the help of Thomas and Matt Crotty. They work as the A team on USERRA cases. I was successful the second go around due to hiring Thomas Jarrard. He will win for you!

Appeal Success
After a lengthy property dispute and a favorable decision our opponent appealed the trial courts decision. When our trial attorney was very reluctant to take the appeal for his lack of experience we searched the web and found Thomas at the top of the AVVO list for appeals attorneys. I e-mailed Thomas a short story and within a couple of hours Thomas responded by phone. We visited for at least 1 1/2 hrs when he agreed to travel 150 miles and research our case in the Okanogan Superior Court before he would agree to take our case. He told us that he wouldn't take a case he couldn't win. We felt very blessed and secure when Thomas took our case. He is a no-nonsense guy. Up front and candid on every aspect. Extremely professional and knowledgeable of appellate law and has a terrific report with the appellate administration. He respects our opinion, allows participation to save money and he's easy to talk to and understand. Thomas got our appeal denied through lack of merit simply because he knows his job. Thomas is genuine, ethical, and very competent. He gives lawyers a good name.

Very good lawyer
Mr Jarrard helped me solve a USERRA dispute. He advised me on steps to take even before coming on as my lawyer, and after we started officially working together was no-nonsense with the opposition while keeping in mind my expenses and the efficiency of the case. I was incredibly satisfied with his knowledge and responsiveness with the demand process and was right on track when predicting the oppositions response over the whole process. Mr Jarrard is a true professional and a great representative for the 'little guy' in a USERRA case.

The VA's worst nightmare
Mr Jarrard started helping me with my appeal with the VA 2 1/2 years ago, which was 2 years into the battle ibthought I could win by myself. I was wrong! Thomas dissected the VA beaurocracy with the skill of a neurosurgeon. As a result of his knowledge and dogged determination, he not only got me 100% disability, but more importantly he has now paved the way for other veterans who suffer from chemical contamination as a result of working with fuels and contact with chemicals like Tricloroethelyne! If you suffer from diseases, mine is Parkinson's, that you think might be caused by chemical contact, you cannot afford NOT to contact Mr Jarrard!

Fantastic USERRA Attorney and Advocate
Thomas advised me fully and thoroughly on USERRA law as well as applicable state provisions of law as I entered the military. Didn't know where to turn.
I contacted Thomas about a month ago concerning my VA benefits. Thomas was attentive, professional, empathetic and pleasant to deal with. I felt he was genuinely interested in my well being. He was also very approachable and available. I just received a favorable ruling on my benefits and truly believe the outcome would have been different if I hadn't spoken with Thomas. No buyers remorse here!;)
Thomas represented me in a USERRA case involving a large employer and large insurance company. This did not matter as Thomas specializes in this type of employment/labor litigation, his team and him are more knowledgable on the law than almost any big wig attorney or even federal judges. Bottom line Thomas through his hard work and compassion when dealing with veterans is unmatched. He is thorough and is not swayed by adversity. The outcome of this case ended satisfactory for me and nothing came as a shock as Thomas was well prepared and ensured I was as well. Outstanding USERRA Attorney!
Thomas represented me in a USERRA suit against a large employer who was defended by a large hundred-lawyer multinational law firm. During the course of the lawsuit Thomas' work ethic, the quality of his work, his communication with me, his initiative, and his understanding of the Law were Outstanding. Thomas was head and shoulders more knowledgeable of the USERRA statute than the opposing firm, and his work product, presentation, and professionalism were of the absolute highest quality and were never even remotely approached by the opposing firm. Even though the opposing firm was able to spend their way thru litigation with zero concern for simply doing what was fair and right, Thomas remained calm and focused and was able to deliver me a good result. I'd recommend Thomas without question to any individual seeking resolution with their employer, and any Service Member involved in a USERRA complaint would be well served by having Thomas on their side.

Client, VA related matter
Mr. Jarrard represented me in an informal VA appeals process for educational benefits. Mr. Jarrard worked swiftly and professionally to help me obtain the educational benefits that I was entitled to. I now receive full tuition and living expense compensation for a graduate level program at a local university thanks to Mr. Jarrard's hard work.

For Voc Rehab cases, pick Jarrard
I am currently working with Mr. Jarrard to try and resolve a dispute with my VC. It was a breath of fresh air to finally speak to someone that would help me understand the process I was in. If you feel that Voc Rehab is not treating you fairly, you receive an interruption letter and don't know why, or you simply just want to make sure you are getting the most out of the program, Jarrard will really be able to help you. There aren't very many resources out there to help veterans struggling with Voc Rehab in Spokane. I highly recommend taking advantage of his knowledge and expertise.
