Deanna Rusch

I was hit unexpectedly with divorce papers and had no clue where to even start looking for some help. I went to several consultations with different firms and they all wanted $5000 - $10,000. I didn’t have that kind of money. I was scared, felt alone, and didn’t know how I was going to get through... this ordeal! A girlfriend of mine recommended Ms. Rusch and so I called her office. The receptionist let me know how much it would be for a consultation. I kindly thanked her and hung up. 2 days later Ms. Rusch called me and said that she wanted to make sure that someone had gotten ahold of me, I let her know that yes, they did; however, I couldn’t afford her. Ms. Rusch graciously invited me into her office and said maybe she could give me some pointers. I was so very thankful as I had NO idea where to turn and I was running out of time to respond to the papers that were served. I met her at her office and she took some notes and listened very intently...she said “ok, you need some help, and I’m going to help you!” I felt pounds lighter, I burst into tears and I will never forget her kindness, her reassuring me that it was going to be ok, and that she was going to handle everything. And she did...I highly recommend Deanna, she will go to battle for you as she did me.

If you read about Deanna Rush online you will see she's super lawyer and on your side but when you hire her you'll notice a different side of her. As long as the money is piling into her she acts like she's getting some more for you then she'll drop you if you don't have $20,000 and leave you on your... own when I look at what she did actually as my attorney or as my brother's attorney in two separate cases anybody looking at the case would be like wow what did she actually do. Not much. She's got this image thing where she wants to be looking so good online and whatnot but she doesn't care about your case when it comes down to it. I am now financially ruined living inside of an ambulance and getting an email from her chewing me out about not getting payment. Apparently she worked for almost $10,000 for me over what I have already given her and for what I would have done better by myself and for my brother's case she absolutely did not make him in any better off at all she's too busy trying to tear down Camas is public swimming pool to give any thought on your case. I hope this review will help someone considering her as an attorney be able to make up their attorney. Here's a few nice things about her when she is your attorney she really makes you feel like she's getting it done and winning your case but once it comes time to trial if you don't have $20,000 she immediately drops your case and is done. Then when you look back at your case trying to see how ahead of the game you are now even though she's not your lawyer anymore because she has been your lawyer for months you try to see what she did and the only thing you see is these large bills you don't really see anything that she actually did and God forbid you end up owing her money you get emails from her saying how disappointed she is and whatnot they just make you feel a lot worse about your life because you just lost and get your kid every couple weekends now and you have no money and then you have her hounding you for the money. I feel like if somebody had $70,000 to just drop in her thing she might give their case priority and work on it a lot harder but if you don't have that I would maybe look elsewhere for an attorney. I know you're reading this right now Deanna and don't be upset with me you know everything I say in here is the truth. I did like you before but you think thousands and thousands of dollars would have done something. I'm only giving this one star review because it doesn't let me put 0 Stars I hope you're having a nice day Deanna but I hope you can start giving more thought and effort into your cases and quit spending so much time trying to deal with the Camas public swimming pool it may be a old it may be shity but when you're broke and you live in Camas which there still are some people like that there then it might be all you have not all of us can afford a swimming pool in our yard. Everything gets old Deanna but that doesn't mean we should just throw it out we shouldn't do that with our old swimming pools we shouldn't do that with our old cases we shouldn't do that with our elderly.
