I am an experienced and knowledgeable attorney. I have been fortunate to have many returning clients over several years in different practice areas due to my compassion and listening to the needs of my clients. I spent four years as a public defender in Spokane after graduating law school and gained tremedous trial experience. I then continued litigation and trials as privately retained counsel in criminal defense, traffic offenses, and civil litigation. I increased my practice areas to estate planning, probate, and family law. I spent eight years as a JAG officer in the Air Force Reserve, retiring in 2012.

Currently, I am accepting new clients for guardianships, trust administration, probate, and estate planning in Oregon and Washington. 

My extended family resides in the Portland/Vancouver area.  I enjoy reading, hiking, and watching my children in numerous sports.

Laura Mancuso has helped me over the years with writing my will, estate planning and a current business matter. She has always been extremely knowledable, professional and friendly. I have consulted her regarding bankruptcy also. She informed me she did not do bankruptcies, but gave me the name and phone number of a good, local attorney who took my case.

Laura was a lifesaver in complicated and contentious divorce/custody. At a very affordable rate, she took great care of me. Laura was fair, and didn't look to make a transaction. Superior Service And Results!
I had the honor of having Laura Mancuso represent me on a driving while suspending charge, she worked closely with me and kept me well informed every step of the way. I ended up getting a second DWS charge while court was pending, she got that taken care of with the original at no extra charge. Should the need arise I will be more than happy to utilize her services in the future and highly recommend her to anyone seeking help with traffic related offenses.

Excellent service and results
Not only did Laura get my ticket dismissed, she has done the same for my father, brother, and colleague no less than a total of 6 times! I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Fantastic Lawyer
Laura Mancuso helped my husband and son who both recieved tickets within weeks of each other. She was completely professional, always kept us informed and went above and beyond to close the cases favorably. Very creative thinker. I would definitely recommend Laura if you get into a legal bind.

Greatest Lawyer, Nicest Person
I needed Laura during and extremely messy divorce that was taking place across state lines. She was always there for me, gave great advice, and in every way went above and beyond what I expected her to do. I found her to be extremely professional and very knowledgeable, even though I was in Wisconsin and the divorce was in Washington. She was kind and empathetic as well, and I really felt like she cared about my case.

good attorney
Laura did a great job finishing up my case. The attorney she replaced had cost me a lot of extra money. Laura kept me informed and had good experience in family law. The staff in her office were always willing to answer my questions and help when needed. I would retain her again if I needed an attorney.

always check a lawyers specialty!
This was the first time I've ever lost a speeding ticket hearing. She failed miserably in getting a simple 10 over speeding infraction dismissed. I had to call her numerous times to get updates on my case. It was either " I forgot" or "I was super busy".That was her standard E-mail or reply to my inquiry. I do not recommend her for traffic offenses. Save yourself the money and headaches.
