If I could give zero stars I would! He missed filing dates but blamed me which screwed my entire case! He bragged about being in the tabernacle choir but was vulgar and disgusting. Dressed like a slob! Promises the world and files unnecessary subpoenas and motions just to line his pocket book! Disho...nest. Has horrible mental health issues that affected my case tremendously. Over 70,000 dollars he got from me and I ended up with nothing but pain and agony. He is a despicable human being and should be ashamed he ever practiced family law. Has no empathy for abused female victims or their children! He is a money grabber

If I could give Matt 10 stars, I would. We have a Washington case that was transferred to Utah and after a lot of searching for a good attorney, stumbled upon Matt, who previously practiced in WA before moving to Utah. This man is worth every penny and then some. He is professional while also bein...g realistic and keeping humor involved. He has never given us expectations of something that didn't happen. He has fought for us and gotten results in record time that we weren't able to get with previous attorneys. Matt has gotten more results in 1.5 years than we previously managed to get in almost 10 years. He is logical, efficient and has a keen eye for detail. I work in the legal field in WA, but once it was transferred we had to find a Utah attorney so I'm extremely picky and have pretty high standards. Honestly, if you don't hire him it's your loss, and if your ex hires him you're probably screwed. He's that good.

First impressions he dressed in the intake interview like his photo but in court ,,,, If you have seen Christmas Vacation "Randy Quades" Character Mathew took fashion pointers from him. I should have realized then i chose wrong, rayon slacks and white shoes just like the movie tacky and i swear the ...other attorneys were snickering..he actually thought he looked sharp OMG. FYI when you make changes to a PP in the Judges back room it will not go on record, so dont do this !!!!!!!!!!!! the PP was written to were on my weekend i had my daughter every week my weekend went from M-F but once my sonority got to where i was getting a Sunday-M the ex did not like me having an official weekend when the child was out of school. I had worked two shifts prior to court and i was rummy, This idiot screwed up my PP to where he thought it was a good idea for me to see my daughter two days a week on my work days NOT MY DAYS OFF as it had been for 11 years, I kept say im loosing time he would say no your not,. I LOST TIME this idiot screwed up my life and daughters and would not help to correct what he had told me in court. We were not obligated to change the PP I gave up mandatory calls that as the Ex hindered my calls as soon as court was over same thing ex would not give child phone. in court he literally gave my weekend time away and i lost one day a week so rather than two nights three days i lost a day.... OMG... i spent 6k to for him to give my time away lost my daughter thanks to him and McKinely Irvin & his manager Teresa L. Foster
