Aggressive, intelligent and witty.

I got wrapped up in a high profile case that got spun out of control and Mr. O'rourke quickly caught on to the conieving spins and fired right back. This attorney is on top of his game!! He's extremely thorough and gets the job done professionally and aggressively as needed. He highlights both sides ...of the case which I believe shows sincerity instead of only criticizing the opponent. He is very educated and views his cases in every angel. I would highly recommend this attorney!! You can tell he is well respected amongst his peers within the court system.

As a parent of the client.....

My daughter got herself into a pickle. She was adamant that she hadn't done anything wrong (an arguable position) and as a parent I was most concerned about the long-term affects of fighting her charges. Shane was able to navigate through the legal system with ease and meanwhile was respectful to bot...h of us and our concerns. I feel my daughter was truly represented and the result was positive for all.

AMAZING PERSON & ATTORNEY!!!

I was in quite a situation, however I was not at fault but it didn't appear that way on paper. Mr. O'Rourke did not give up. He was persistent and determined to get me what I deserved. In the end I ended up probably the best I could!! When I had questions he was very patient and answered them thoroug...hly and promptly. I could not have asked for a better representation than Mr. O'Rouke!!

Best lawyer in town

To tell you the truth I was a little apprehensive for hiring Shane O'Rourke I felt like I needed to hire a old lawyer that has a lot of experience under his belt buckle then I found out Shane had been a prosecuting attorney and read some of his reviews and thought I'd give him a try shame on me for b...eing skeptical he is absolutely the best lawyer I have been around very knowledgeable he kept us informed I couldn't give him any higher rating if I could I would he represented my son and my son was looking at a lot of time in prison and my son was just excited to get it all behind him and just take a plea bargain and get his time going and get sentenced and get it all going and Shane was adamant not to do that I paid Shane in advance and he could have just took the advice from my son and took the plea bargain and he would not do that he kept giving him advice to just hold on just hold on I think we can do better than this let's stick it out rather than him just cleaning up one pile of paperwork off of his desk and get on to the next he stuck it out and he got my son a great deal kudos to Shane I owe him a lot that I get to keep my son thank you very much . if there's anything I can do for you make sure that you look me up Lewey Brown A BIG THANK YOU SHANE

Go Shane or Go home

Shane helped me with a DUI case, a theft, 2 possesion charges, and was able to keep me out of jail and get the DUI reduced to reckless driving and all other charges dropped after 2 years of good behavior. Shane kept me well informed of what was going on, how to handle things on my end, and what woul...d happen in court. He did not pass judgment and made everything very simple for me. You will not be disappointed by having Shane represent you!
