An Exceptional Attorney!

Shane O'Rourke, Esq. provided thoughtful and well reasoned explanations of the legal issues. He also showed extraordinary patience in conveying these explanations in an understandable way. I highly recommend him!

Expert Advice at a Critical Time

I recently had the misfortune of needing legal advice during a very difficult and emotional situation. Shane was responsive, intuitive, understanding, and absolutely professional. He addressed all of my options and the legal ramifications of each, which empowered me to feel confident making critical... choices at an extremely emotional time when making choices was incredibly difficult. He was thorough, and addressed related items which ultimately provided me a great deal of stress and anxiety relief, as I had a much better idea of what to expect moving forward. I’m glad to have met him, and I am very appreciative of the time he took with me. I would absolutely return to and recommend Shane O’Rourke to anyone who finds themselves in need of legal aid.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. O’Rourke on several cases and each time he was very up front, friendly and did everything in his power to help me. I was thankful enough to get one case dropped and another pleaded down and the third on a diversion. I would highly recommend him if your looking f...or an honest up front attorney. There was nothing anything I was sidelined with. And at every turn he knew what to expect and had an attack plan for ever Obstacle that ever came up.

Highly recommended

I hired Shane to represent me in my DUI case. I honestly felt instant relief from my stressful situation after the first consultation. He answered all my questions and provided me with the important steps to help prepare me for the first court appearance. Shane was always available if I had a questi...on or needed information. Most times I didn’t even need to call him because he would have already reached out to me to make sure we were on the same page and that matters were in order. Shane went above and beyond! I would highly recommend Shane if you find yourself in this unfortunate situation. Also he was more reasonably priced for DUI cases compared to the other attorney I called in the area.

Best Attorney in Lewis County

I hired Shane to represent me after I was involved in an auto accident in which I received a negligent driving ticket. Having this ticket on my record would cause problems with my CDL status and future employment. I needed a lawyer to help restore my perfect driving record and Shane came through for ...me. He stayed on top of my situation which was no easy task as many other problems came into play from the auto accident. He took on more than just the driving citation and it lead to months of stress and uncertainty. He was always on hand to discuss the fears of a potential negative outcome of my situation with complete honesty. He also made sure that I knew all my rights and options and how to be better prepared for my specific circumstances. He reassured me that he would do everything in his ability to help me and he truly did. He made a huge effort to support me and was confidently by my side when I had my day in court. Things went perfectly and I couldn't of dreamed of a better outcome. I highly recommend Shane to anyone that needs legal help. You will not regret it!
