With over fourteen years of representing business and municipal clients, our clients receive big-firm experience without the big-firm cost. This is why the majority of our clients are referrals from our clients, other businesses, and others who know about our work.
Many businesses want a full time corporate counsel, but it's just not in the budget. Truth
I have came to David for a couple situations and he has explained to me very detailed that it’s either a “yes or a no “there is no,” meet me in the morning or I’ll get back to you”

Highly Recommended
I highly recommend Mr. Bingaman. He helped me get a traffic infraction reduced to a non-moving violation. I contacted him with my problem and he handled the rest. I didn't have to spend any of my time on the case.

Trustworthy
David wrote out a living will for my wife and myself. He was very thorough and made sure that the documemt was exactly how we wanted it.
