Excellent counsel for real estate law

Mr. Kesler came highly recommended by another attorney to help me resolve a boundary line resolution stemming from an adverse possession matter on a property I purchased in 2012, not discovering the defect until May 2013. I hired Mr Kesler in November 2013 when I realized I could not resolve this m...atter effectively without legal representation. Mr. Kesler was patient, highly knowledgeable, and intelligent- explaining things in terms I could understand and always communicating updates. Mr Kesler even won over the opposing party and resolved the matter in a mutually satisfying manner, all while working tirelessly to protect my interests.

Ambrose Property Group Formation

John handled the formation of my commercial real estate firm in 2008. John developed organizational documents, reviewed bank loan documents, considered the various strucutures, and worked with accountants to form the ideal company structure. Throughout this process, John had a vested interest in th...e long term success of Ambrose.
