Saved My Life

I was facing false allegations of Rape in the Second degree in Benton County, over 200 miles away from where Shane is located at. Mr. O'Rourke still took my case and guided me step by step and was VERY re assuring through out the whole process. Shane was my sword the whole way, he advocated for my ju...stice, he pointed out the states flaws and fought for my freedom. He ended up getting my case dismissed before it had to even go to jury trial. I am beyond satisfied for Mr. O'Rourke and his assistant Elizabeth, they made me feel as family and at peace. Case Dismissed

I was recently arrested for a DUI, I hired Mr. O'Rourke to help me win my case. This was the best decision I could have made! No BS kinda lawyer

Was involved with a personal injury case and Shane took full control of thr situation and handled it with care. Didn't beat around the bush and was upfront and informative about how long we would be in the process and what to expect. Walked me through step by step and came out on top. Impressive

Hired Shane for a civil matter that was done incorrectly by previous attorneys and court system. He was by our account , the man for the job! We would highly recommend Shane, as he is extremely good at what he does.

The Most Qualified in All of Lewis County

I hired Shane as my criminal defense attorney and I’m glad I did. For me, working in juvenile corrections as a Detention Officer and being charged with, in my opinion, an embarrassing crime of “leaving minors unattended” would become a huge blemish on my career if it wasn’t for Shane’s expertise and ...reputation with the court. What irks me most about this is that the state law says one thing but city ordinance says another. We just moved to Lewis County and came from a city that did not have this ordinance after further research. I was being charged with the city ordinance citation by Chehalis Municipal Court. We unfortunately believed every county operated under the two state laws: Rcw 9.91.060 states minors cannot be left in a parked vehicle when the person is entering a tavern or where alcohol is dispensed for consumption; Rcw 46.61.685 states minors cannot be left with vehicle’s motor running. If I knew that Chehalis had a code that only states parked vehicles, they never would’ve been in the vehicle for those fifteen minutes that my husband and I ran into the grocery store. Shane worked it out with the prosecuting attorney and my charge was dismissed. I’m so happy to have hired Shane. I cannot commend him enough on his professionalism and proficiency, especially for how irritated I was over this predicament. I highly recommend Shane to all of my friends, family, and colleagues seeking legal advice. If I ever need an attorney again (hopefully not, of course), I definitely will hire Shane again. Thank you so much, Shane.
