Jonathan Moffitt

Jonathan Moffitt did a tremendous job on my extremely complicated, long-winded case. He stayed professional the whole time of dealing with the case, very effective, with friendly and responsive staff. All in all, I started with an extremely disadvantageous situation and he turned my case all the way... around and manage to obtain the best case scenario for me in my custody case. He listened to details and did a marvelous job concluding them all and representing me in the trial room, I recalled the judge commend him for his professionalism. He was empathetic , informative and accomodating, which makes the whole case slightly more bearable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is dealing with sticky custody situation

Jonathan Moffitt is a talented family law attorney. He helped me with two cases (both modifications/child support issues that became quite complex) - one in 2016/2017 and one in 2019/2020. He is knowledgeable, honest, responsive and reassuringly calm during the process (which can be stressful).... Mr Moffitt is very upfront about possible outcomes (even if it wasn't likely to be in my favor) so I was always prepared for what would be coming next and what our plan would be. He was highly skilled in dealing with opposing counsel and was well-prepared for hearings. I wish I had known about him when I went through my initial divorce proceedings; perhaps I wouldn't have needed to do the modifications because my case would have been handled differently/better from the beginning. I hope to not need a family law attorney again in the future, but if I do, I am immediately calling Jonathan again.

Johnathan is a phenomenal attorney. I have used him as an attorney for my case that has lasted almost 2 years and he has done exactly what was needed to be done for us to be successful in court. I had a very difficult child custody case that involved my children being involved with illegal activity a...t the hand of my ex as well as other things. My ex was the ultimate con artist and was able make people think what ever he told them was true including legal and mental health professionals. He has been a rock in the most tumultuous time of our lives. Our case was not easy. It's been an absolute nightmare. But he has been amazing. He keeps me in check when I need to be and he soothes my husband. Hes never missed a court date or meeting. In fact he stepped in for another lawyer of ours th...at was working on a different aspect of the case who didnt show up, in an entirely different sector of law, and nailed that too. And he did that at literally a moments notice. His office staff is lovely and his paralegal is on top of everything I need when he is not available. He is not cheap but not outrageous either. He works hard and makes sure that you know what's going on and that you are comfortable before he moves forward. Lord knows I am his biggest pain in the a** client (ask him, he will tell you) but he still makes sure to keep me in check while also comforting my husband and I through it.
