Duncan Ives Lewis

I was recommended Duncan Lewis by Jason Benjamin who had represented me in my divorce and I trusted his opinion. I had a review hearing for an old Physical Control charge coming up and I had had very traumatizing experiences with this court and jail. I was convinced it was just not a smart or safe i...dea for me to show up alone and was I very nervous. I hired Duncan as recommended and I'm so glad I did! He validated all of my concerns and worries, and addressed everything I asked about. To me, he seems like a very understanding, agreeable and likeable man. He showed up early and handled things ahead of time so I was in and out of that awful court in 15 minutes flat! I could not have asked for a better outcome that day. We retained Duncan for our son who suffers from a traumatic brain injury. If we could give him 10 stars we would. Duncan was so extremely respectful of our son and made him feel very comfortable with the entire process. He was facing 91 days in jail, his jail time was waived, probation terminated an...d fines pulled from collections. Duncan literally gave our son his freedom and his life back. Its like a mountain has been lifted off our shoulders and this burden that held him back is no longer there. I cant thank Duncan enough.
