I had an extremely disappointing and damaging experience with this attorney. Communication was minimal from the start. Aside from the initial consultation, I never spoke with her on the phone. I was never told what to expect, when things would happen, or how the process would unfold. I felt completel...y uninformed and unsupported throughout my case. I specifically requested that a particular action be taken on my behalf. That action was never completed. When I followed up to ask why nothing had been done, I was charged for the follow-up. When I then questioned why I was being billed for asking about work that had not been done, I was charged again. Ultimately, her stated reason for quitting my case was that I paid attention to and questioned those charges. She quit representation just three weeks before our scheduled mediation, leaving me in an incredibly vulnerable position at a critical time. This caused significant emotional, financial, and legal harm. I was far worse off after hiring her than I was before. I chose this attorney because she stated she would help ensure my children’s safety. Instead, her lack of responsiveness, follow-through, and sudden withdrawal placed me at serious risk—physically, emotionally, and financially. Even opposing counsel was aware of her reputation and commented that she “saw this coming.” After my experience, I learned that this attorney is known for canceling appointments, failing to respond, and eventually quitting cases—exactly what happened to me. Unfortunately, I relied on the firm’s overall reviews and did not see her individual reviews beforehand. Only after everything went wrong did I discover she has consistently poor ratings online. I had high hopes based on our initial conversation. Sadly, the reality was the opposite. If you care about your case and especially if your children’s well-being is involved, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This attorney demonstrated a lack of reliability, accountability, and care that no client should have to endure.
