I truly cannot thank Jonathan and his team enough for everything they did for me during one of the hardest times in my life. I can't express how grateful I am to have been represented by Jonathan Moffitt. Going through the divorce process is difficult enough, but navigating the legal system is an entirely different beast. I called SEVERAL attorneys for assistance who were less than helpful at the start of the process. I ca...lled Envision Family Law and was put in touch with Mr. Moffitt. I had an initial consult with him where he answered all of my concerns in a very professional and non judgemental way. I felt very comfortable with him. Luckily, he took on my case and we prepared for court. During temporary orders, I felt that I was in great hands. Mr. Moffitt was very well prepared, articulate, and very intelligently presented my case. Much to my dismay, the commissioner ruled in my ex wife's favor. I couldn't believe it. All I cared about was the parenting plan and I felt that I had lost everything. IMMEDIATELY, Mr. Moffitt filed a motion for revision and within a month we were back in court. I was very low and skeptical that a new judge would overturn a decision that had already been made by the commissioner. I almost requested that we not go through with revision. However, Mr. Moffitt assured me that, while he cannot guarantee a win, this is my best shot. I trusted him. We went to court and within a few minutes of his argument, the judge had heard enough to know that the commissioner's ruling was invalid. I won. I am so grateful that Mr. Moffitt helped me to get custody of my son. I can't recommend the entire firm enough. His paralegal, Dian, was also fabulous. Although I know they had multiple clients, I never felt that they didn't have time for me. I never felt rushed or dismessed. Every concern was addressed. Even the accounting department was awesome. I cannot put into words how incredible Jonathan Moffitt and Dian were. We were on our third modification attempt in five years by my fiancé’s ex and ready to put this all to an end. In the end, we didn’t even have to go to trial, as court hearings had gone favorably so many times that an agreement was reached at the settlement conference to equal, joint custody. We truly feel like we can put this all behind us now. Jonathan ended the stress our family had been under for years, and gave us a chance to start healing as a whole and move forward. He is an extraordinary attorney who we can only hope knows the gratitude we have for him and the impact he had on us. You couldn’t ask for a more phenomenal attorney.

I hired Jonathan Moffitt to represent me in a complicated divorce case after having a very poor experience with another attorney. My previous attorney didn't keep me informed and basically just filed paperwork and took my money. Considering the complexity of my case, I needed someone who was driven..., communicated well and wasn't afraid to deal with ambiguity. I found Jonathan and Thank God I did! The divorce started in a foreign country in Africa where the laws are very different. I have 2 younger children, so custody issues had to be considered across both systems. Also, some of the financials and assets had already been split overseas while the rest needed to be considered in the US. And to top it off, the other party refused to be amicable about anything which added more stress to an already crazy situation. Jonathan dug right in and worked with my lawyer from overseas to understand the nuances of the cases there and how they translated to US laws. He provided good advice and support along the way and was open to hearing my ideas. He negotiated for my best interests at every turn and presented the facts and evidence in a strong and confident manner.
