Awesome Lawyer

I used Dennis is a Family Law court case and he was beyond amazing! Both him and his Paralegal always went above and beyond to explain what was needed by me and to make sure I understood everything. I never once doubted his judgement on anything and we worked together and hard to get me exactly what ...I wanted. I would recommend Dennis and Amber to anyone looking for a great family lawyer. And I will use him again in the futur if I need to.

Great Work! - Dissolution of Marriage and Custody

I hired Dennis a few months before I was scheduled to be in trial because I was having a hard time getting a hold of my previous attorney. Dennis is easy to talk to and pays close attention to detail; he was upfront and realistic about the possible outcomes that could've come with new counsel so clos...e to trial. However, he was able to cram in a very short period of time and was well prepared for a settlement conference, pre-trial hearing, and in trial. Dennis took advantage of my ex attempting to represent herself. His questioning caught her contradicting herself and brought out her true colors. The judges ruling reversed a 7 month no contact restraining order against me, and granted me full custody of our 2 kids. It seemed like Dennis was always a step ahead whether it be filing court documents, contacting involved parties, or obtaining necessary information. I am very pleased with my decision to hire Dennis, and amazed with the outcome he was able to produce for my case. I would recommend Dennis to anyone going through a tough family or criminal law case. He's the third attorney I've had on this case and I was most relieved once he started on it. Thank you again Dennis, I greatly appreciate all you have done for my family.

Beware - Very Bad Attorney

Mr. Schroader, was sanctioned by the Superior Court Judge, at my court hearing in the amount of $1,125.00, for Failure to Appear or make alternate arraignments, for my August 12, 2016, hearing. I retained Mr. Schroader, Jr., on August 9, 2016, for my Superior Court hearing, at the Regional Justice C...enter, located in Kent, Washington. I paid the retainer fee of $2,000.00, in full prior to the hearing. I was at the hearing, but he did not come. The Judge, contemplated giving me a Judgement. However, she decided not to, because she stated it was not my fault he did not show. Him not showing created a very scary and emotional day for me.

I am very sorry that your case did not turn out the way you had hoped, but you have taken your complaint to the Bar, and they have ruled that I did not behave unethically in any way. On your request for reconsideration, they held the same. As to not being at the first hearing, I told you when you retained me that I had a scheduling conflict, and that I would send another attorney in my place to set the hearing over.. The attorney I contacted to cover the hearing did not appear due to a misunderstanding on his part. In situations like that, it is not uncommon for the court to award attorney's fees to the other party; court's have ruled in favor of my clients for the same reasons a number of times. In your case, I paid the fees ordered by the court, and it had absolutely no effect on the outcome of your case.

Best Attorney...EVER

Dennis is an AMAZING attorney. I was very worried, scared, unable to sleep or eat. He made me feel very at ease and extremely comfortable. After our first meeting I was actually able to sleep through the night. Dennis is extremely smart, professional and communicative. He has an engaging and contagio...us sense of humor...and I certainly needed to smile again. Excellent service from start to finish. Very knowledgable and very kind. Always kept me updated with progress of the case. I have referred two of my friends to him and they are VERY happy with his service as well! 5 stars to Mr Schroader! Even though he is a solid 10 in my book!
