Hands down the best law firm out there! I contacted Attorney Scott Marlow last minute and he was by far, the friendliest, most helpful attorney in the area. Scott Marlow and his paralegal, Deborah Long, acted swiftly and effectively when preparing for my case. Perhaps the thing that impressed me most about Scott Marlow was that nothing was "sugar coated.” When you are in financial distress it is difficult to think clearly and make good decisions. He was very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way. There were no empty promises made just to keep the client happy, which I know sometimes occurs when seeking counsel. Scott Marlow and his paralegal Deborah Long made the process so much easier and gave me peace of mind in a stressful but successful outcome. When this journey began, I knew I wanted the best representation possible. I did my research. Anthony Scott Marlow developed his tenaciousness and “take control of the courtroom” demeanor as a natural leader while spending eight years in the United States Marine Corps. Scott has turned these skills into effective and passionate advocacy for his clients.

Despite his Marine Corps background, Scott is empathetic to the concerns and problems facing his clients when they come to meet with him as an attorney. Having three children of his own, he understands the real-world difficulties and struggles that people face daily in the family law arena. Transparent Legal Advice!

Scott was super knowledgable and understanding of my simple but complicated divorce trial. Being very transparent of the court and my particular judge, he gave me the skills I needed in order to have an effective argument. Great attorney!

In January of 2018 I reached out to Scott in hopes that he would take on my case. I was 4 months into a complicated custody battle with representation from another attorney. Making the switch was something I wish I had done sooner. When we had to go to trial Scott and his team made me feel comfortable and relieved. His confidence in the courtroom and support was truly refreshing. I knew he had my back and he worked hard toward and achieved an outcome that I felt happy with. Since I initially filed for custody of my daughter in 2013, I have had 3 attorneys prior to Scott all which did not offer the same pleasant experience. I continue to keep Scott in my corner and he has been more than helpful answering any questions and addressing any concerns that I have and always responds at his earliest convenience. NO WORDS! Well a few..

I walked into Bliss Law Group feeling rather defeated and terrified of becoming homeless in this divorce, a very real fear. My husband's attorney is a bully and I was a ball of stress. I had met with other attorneys prior, in fact that same day. My head was filled with all of the things the attorneys told me that they couldn't do and within 5 to 10 minutes of sitting with Scott he had only told me what he WOULD do. Scott listened to me and my concerns and somehow was able to muddle through my anger and hear the important things that I was trying to say. He repeated back to me to make sure that we were both on the same page and I love that. Scott made sure that I understood what the law stated and he took the time to answer any questions. He still does. It wasn't a trick to reel me in. Although this was a free consultation, unlike the other attorneys that I had met with, Scott did not make me feel like I was getting free advice. He was very thorough and very detailed and I appreciated the strength that he displayed and his absolute confidence. He never made me any promises he made sure that I knew that nothing was guaranteed but that he would 100% fight for me. I have not been disappointed. In fact, I have been over-the-top elated with this lawfirm. I pray that I never need an attorney again after this is all over but if I ever do, Bliss is the firm for me. Like I said my attorney is Scott, but the blessing in this is that along with Scott you get Melissa and Heather and Anne-Marie. They are all so warm, professional and funny that I actually forget that I haven't known them all my life. Haha! Here's a real testament to his professionalism and his confidence, my husband's attorney has done nothing but send us horribly nasty emails and my first instinct is to be nasty right back and boy did I want to, I still do but Scott and Melissa refused to go down that rabbit hole with her and they have maintained such class, professionalism and absolute humor through it all. Experienced and steady professional

Excellent family attorney

I worked with Scott Marlow during my divorce. He did a fantastic job. He explained the process very well and handled a challenging situation very competently. His advice was very valuable and he consistently provided information which allowed me to make the best choices during the process. I was able to get the parenting plan that I wanted because of his help. I am grateful to him for ensuring that my son would be with me in a 50/50 parenting plan. Mr. Marlow prevented my daughter from being moved to Montana away from her home

My case was really challenging because there had already been orders set in place buy a commissioner. Before I hired Scott Marlow I had hired a DIFFERENT lawyer who did not do his job. Scott Marlow took my case as messy as it was and he did everything that he could to help me and my daughter. Today I have full custody of my daughter and she is safe and I would not have been able to do it without Scott Marlow on my side. An excellent family law attorney

I highly recommend Scott as a family law attorney. He assisted us in a complicated and novel de facto parenting case. Scott has a great presence in Court, and one that puts his clients and judges at ease. He was always respectful, on time, and prepared. We have every confidence in him, which is a trust he earned on day one, and worked to maintain through the conclusion of trial. He is an effective advocate, and understood when a situation called for patience versus persistence – an invaluable trait in a family law attorney. Comforitng to know there are good attorneys out there!

When I made the decision to file for a divorce back in 2012, I chose Mr. Scott Marlow to represent me. As in most all divorce cases, my entire livelihood was at stake. Although there are many family law attorneys, I chose Mr. Marlow as my advocate as it appeared that from researching his background, he gets every detail, is very professional, he prepares for each of his cases (big or small) thoroughly and he is essentially a walking encyclopedia of legal knowledge. Further, he is a gentleman and a real advocate who wants to do right by you. He handled my case with professionalism, honesty and kept my best interest in mind at all times. Regardless of how busy he was, I was grateful that the lines of communication were always open which helped me understand the litigation proceedings as they went on. Mr. Marlow is efficient, sharp and always remained honest with me regardless if there was something I did not want to hear. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Marlow for he is an excellent top notch family law attorney.

Clear, reasonable, strategic advice

Scott helped us through a long and challenging custody issue, provided level-headed and strategic advice to prove our case and in the end we are now quite happy with our current custody status. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone who is dealing with custody issues, especially for father's rights issues.

A Rare Find

After working with so many different attorneys, I can't believe I finally found a professional who does what they are supposed to do. He is extremely on top of everything, very fast at getting it all done, and then communicates back within an hour or so and sometimes within minutes. I can call him up at almost anytime and get him on the line right away. This is very important because every day matters when you are fighting for custody. Other attorneys I had were very difficult to get a hold of. He was professional about everything and helped me know how to deal with all the lies and mudslinging that my ex husband was harassing me with on a daily basis. My case was tricky and other attorneys labeled it "a jurisdiction battle" that they didn't want to get into, but Scott knew exactly what to do. Scott saved me a lot of money by letting me do everything that I was able to handle on my own. Had I been working with another attorney, who was not a good negotiator or was too aggressive, I could have easily spent about 40k going to Trial. I only ended up spending 20K (very reasonable) because Scott was persistent in believing that we could negotiate with the father without having to go to trial because he believed that would save me a lot of money and would give me a more favorable outcome. He was very good at being balanced in this area so that a conclusion with the father could be reached. He is not over aggressive in this area so that an agreement with the other party can actually be realized. He has a great personality to be able to work with. Other attorneys and even the judge really likes him. Anybody would want Scott for their brother, father, neighbor, husband, or attorney. All around a very trustworthy, kind, professional, warm, efficient, knowledgable, calming, friendly person.

High Efficient and Knowledgeable Attorney

My divorce competition is high conflict-driven complicated case with 5 days trial involving D.V., child abuse, protection and restraining order, and anti-harassment order; as well as significant disputed property and debt element in the international background. Scott helped me to get the reasonable result from the temporary court order for child custody, child support and spouse maintenance with less legal cost. He know how to utilize proper tools like the Interrogatories and Depositions to discover the concealed community funds and assets if the time is sensitive in financial crisis. He is very efficient, very organized, and outstandingly friendly. He works with his team together to offer me the supportive real estate solution. I was extremely frustrated to my disadvantage in the economic position as a primary child care giver and housewife for over a decade. With my poor English understanding, Scott tried his best to accommodate my pace . Scott makes great effort to save my life! I appreciate his non-aggressive way to our client, but aggressive to your case which benefit your expectations in divorce battle. Even though I deal with my trial on my own because running out of money, his early stage efforts play an essential part of my case success. If I can afford the legal cost, I prefer to work with him continually for getting more favorable result. I believe "Money Brings More Money if You Can Afford to Invest in Your Divorce Case". His working style works great to match our clients' need. I highly recommend him!

Outstanding Family Practice Attorney

I was looking for a custody attorney who would represent me in my child custody case without being too aggressive and/or expensive. I had already interviewed several attorneys and was rapidly getting discouraged in my search. That's when I met Scott Marlow. Knowledgable expertise, tenacious

Very attentive and knowledgeable

Scott represented me in a child custody matter where my child's father had fraudulently obtained custody of my child. He was able to help me regain custody of her. He always made sure that he was available to answer my questions. He really seemed to care about me and my daughter. I will definately use him again if need be.
