Amazing Attorney!!!

Dennis got my rights restored when I needed them desperately. My family, friends, and especially me can't thank him enough. Everything he told me about the process happened just as he said it would. I definitely recommend him to anyone needing their rights restored.

Dissmissal

Dennis was refered to me by a friend. Even with his busy schedule Dennis pulled through for me. I dont trust many people, but would Definatley use his srevices again. If he can not help with your particular case he does know many outstanding attorneys as himself.

Very Frustrated

Dennis was not prepared with our case at all. He didn't ask for any documentation that would help our case until we went to court and they requested it. He asked me for declarations and when I gave them to him he said he would not use them. He did not inform me about the process of the case in a tim...ely manner; i.e., he let our case be dismissed without even notifying us. He shut me down at everything I suggested or asked very rudely. We spent thousands of dollars on him with no positive results.

I understand your frustration, and your case was a particularly difficult one; all we had was the statements of a juvenile, and no corroborating evidence to use. The problem with using the declarations you providedwas that they mostly contained hearsay statements and other material not properly considered under the rules of evidence. Your case was dismissed for lack of adequate cause, which was a direct result of the CPS investigation contradicting the allegations against the other party. My staff and I put a great deal of time and effort into trying to resolve your case in your favor, including many hours we either waived on your invoices, or simply did not bill for. So while I am sorry that you did not get the result you wanted, I am also mindful of the fact that your most recent hearing with your new counsel - and new evidence that was not available to my office - has yielded similar results. In any event, I wish you and your family well, and hope that you can come to a resolution in your children's best interests soon.

Family

I went to Dennis in Feb of 2016 needed his work for a custody case. Dennis was fare about the amount and is a very personable person. What I like about him is that he's straight forward and was in it for the best interest of my daughter. He is pretty good about getting back to you at a reasonable tim...e as well which is another thing I liked about him. He also is a father so I think he understands the importance of making sure the child is safe and it's not just about winning. I would definitely recommend him.
