i was arrested for driving with a suspended license and without an interlock, my case was hard because it involved losing my driver's license again, Brian, Jason, Angela, and especially Mary worked really hard by communicating with the courts and driver's license's and getting a recommendation lette...r so it would not be revoked.

On a Saturday night my husband and I decided to go out to dinner with our friends. We went to our local hang out spot that was close to our house. My husband had a couple of drinks and so did I. Before it “hit” us I decided to drive home. I had a burnt out head light and was pulled over. Obvious...ly I had been drinking so I didn’t lie to the officer and was arrested for DUI. Brian Sullivan literally saved my job. I made a huge mistake getting behind the wheel after having a couple drinks... I didn't wreck, I didn't hit anyone, I was actually ratted out by my girlfriend's brother. Cops came out, smelled the alcohol, and took me in. Brian worked my father's case when he was cited for DUI. He blew just under .08 but was still cited, and this was his first offense. After my father told him what happened, gave him his background, and his history, Brian alluded he had a good chance of getting this "knocked down" to negligent drivi...ng. He gave my father a set of instructions of what do even before the trial (pre treatment type of work the court would request him to do anyway) and he went ahead and followed Brian's instructions. In the end as Brian had allueded to in our first meeting with him, my father's DUI got reduced to Negligent Driving, with no High rish insurance required, no jail time, and probabtion.
