Ryan was great

If you’ve been hurt in an automobile accident and don’t want to hassle with the insurance companies hire Ryan.  Here is why I say that.   I was hit by a drunk driver in my car when I was exiting the freeway.  After the collision, the driver he switched seats with his passenger after the crash, but be...fore the cops arrived.   Once the police arrived they figure it all out and arrested the guy who hit me.   I was taken to the hospital with injuries and the driver was taken to jail.  I hired Ryan shortly after the crash because I wanted to make sure the person who hit me was prosecuted for drunk driving, that my medical bills were paid and that I was compensated for the injuries I sustained.  Ryan helped with all of this.  He was in contact with the King County Prosecutor and ultimately found out that the guy who hit me skipped bail and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.  He made sure my medical bills were paid by my own insurance company which was a huge relief.  Finally when it came time to resolve my case he recovered the maximum available under the at-fault driver’s insurance policy.  He was then also able to recover under my own underinsured motorist policy.   Ryan kept me informed throughout the entire process and always answered my questions quickly.   He never set unrealistic expectations and clearly knows this area of the law.  If you need an attorney to help you with an injury, I’d contact Ryan.  At the very least he will tell you what your options are so you can make an informed decision on how to proceed.

Turning a terrible situation into success!

No obstacle is too big for Ryan to overcome and I recommend you give him a call if you’ve been in a car accident. Here’s why I say that. Getting hit by someone is bad enough, but it’s even worse when their insurance company won’t even pay the medical bills you’ve incurred to treat your injuries. T...hat is the situation I found myself in before I hired Ryan. I did everything I could to work with the at fault party’s insurance company, but they were just being very unreasonable. When I hired Ryan, I had just moved overseas to start a new job so he and I had our initial meetings via skype and zoom. This was pre-COVID so I was really happy that Ryan was able to use this technology to communicate with me. Right when I hired Ryan he tried to resolve the case with the insurance company, but again they kept being unreasonable and wouldn’t pay for all of my medical bills. Ryan then filed a lawsuit on my behalf and shortly after found out that the person who hit me had died a few years after the collision for reasons unrelated to the collision. This made things even more complicated, but Ryan knew exactly what to do. Ryan kept pushing forward on the case until we resolved it through the court. He was able to do all of this even though we were in the middle of COVID and I was living in China! Ryan is a great injury attorney. I recommend you contact him if you’ve been in a car accident and want to be treated fair.

Ryan Pauley is an excellent injury attorney!

I was in a car accident during a very difficult time in my life. I did not have the energy to deal with an insurance company but I wanted to make sure I was treated fairly. A few months after my collision I hired Ryan to represent me in my personal injury claim. Before I hired him he answered all... of my questions and met me at a time and place which was convenient with my schedule. As soon as I hired Ryan he got to work on my case. Unfortunately he discovered that the person who hit me had minimum insurance coverage which wasn’t enough to compensate me for my injuries. After presenting this information to me Ryan decided that I should file a claim with my own insurance company for the remaining amount which the at-fault driver couldn’t pay. I followed Ryan’s advice and he did an excellent job working with my own insurance company, and my doctor, to document my injuries and how those affected my life. In the end we were able to reach a favorable settlement which was a victory! If you’ve been in a car accident and want to be treated fairly, I suggest you contact Ryan. He is an excellent injury attorney!

Awesome PI Attorney!!

I was hit by a car while I was on my moped in downtown Seattle. I had just accepted a job at Amazon and lots of thing in my life had to be put on hold because of my injuries. At first, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to hire an attorney because I didn’t know if it would be worth my time. I decided to s...it down with Ryan, along with my wife, to go over my case and listen to what he could do for me. Ryan met us at a place that was convenient with our schedules and answered all of our questions. A couple days later I hired him and he got to work on my case right away. He tracked down the at-fault driver who lived out of state and immediately began preparing my case. Eventually when I finished with treatment he reached out to my treating doctor and documented my injuries and what types of treatment I would need in the future to keep my pain at bay When it came time to present my case to the at fault driver’s insurance company Ryan did an excellent job documenting all of my damages (medical bills to date, lost wages, lost commissions, future medical bills and pain and suffering) and I believe that really helped the insurance company see the seriousness of my case and that we were to be taken seriously. Ryan kept me updated each step of the way during our negotiations and ultimately we were able to resolve my case for an amount that made be feel compensated for my injuries. I still wish this whole mess would not have happened, but it did. I’m just grateful I hired Ryan because he did a great job resolving the case for me on excellent terms. I recommend you give him a call if you have questions about an accident you’ve been in.

Car Accident

I was involved in a four car collision on I-5 in Seattle while I was on my way to work. I was the last car to get hit and the impact caused an injury to my shoulder which required surgery. To make matters even more difficult the person who hit me was a Canadian citizen and about a year after the C...ollision he passed away (for reasons unrelated to the Collision). Fortunately I hired Ryan to represent me in my injury case. He did a great job talking to my doctors about my shoulder injury and documenting my wage loss. He also made sure that the other issues outside of my control (i.e. that the driver was Canadian) did not affect my injury claim. As my case progressed COVID 19 hit and Ryan made sure the case continued and that any meetings could all take place via Zoom. Eventually we settled the case and Ryan did an excellent job maximizing my recovery. Ryan was easy to work with and I appreciated his communication throughout the 4 years it took to settle. If you’ve been injured in a collision I suggest you give him a call.
