Biography
Our main interest is in false claims act (Qui Tam) cases involving fraud against the government, as well as whistleblower reward programs in the area of tax fraud and material misstatements by publicly traded companies.
If you are aware of off label selling by pharmaceutical companies, Medicare or Medicaid fraud, false certifications for government guaranteed loans or grants, military procurement fraud, or similar rip-offs, give us a call.
I also have extensive experience as a plaintiff side employment and discrimination lawyer, fighting for individuals who are mistreated by their employers, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge and other employment law problems.
