Uninsured Motorist

Ryan helped me learn about what insurance benefits I had and then helped me recover those benefits for my injury. Here’s what happened. I was in a wreck with a hit and run driver a few years back. My insurance company paid for some of my medical bills but when my PIP benefits ran out it said ther...e was no money left to pay for treatment or anything else. They also didn’t tell me anything about the insurance coverage I had paid for to cover me when an uninsured motorist injures me. Fast forward about 5 years. I meet Ryan in a social setting and I learn about what he does. I explain what happened to me and that I wish the uninsured driver who hit me had insurance to compensate me for everything I went through. Ryan then explained what uninsured motorist (UM or UIM) coverage was and how I had six years to bring a claim under that policy. I sent Ryan my insurance info and turns out I had the benefits. My own insurance company didn’t even tell me this! Ryan then worked tirelessly on my case to help me recover under the policy. He even tracked down a treatment provider out of state to get some critical medical records that were needed to make my claim. In the end Ryan really helped me out. I encourage you to contact him if you need help dealing with a car wreck or your own insurance company.

Helpful personal Injury Lawyer

My wife was runover in a crosswalk buy a driver. I witnessed the entire thing and it was one of the scariest moments of my life. Fortunately my wife survived but she had very serious injuries which required surgery and hospitalization. Shortly before this event, My wife and I had recently moved to... the United States and were unfamiliar with the insurance claims process and how to recover for our injuries. Ryan was referred to us through my wife’s work and he immediately returned my call when I contacted him. We had lots of questions at the beginning and Ryan explanations took a few calls. I could tell he really wanted us to understand what our options were as far as recovery. He also did an excellent job explaining our health insurance benefits and how that related to our claims. When it came time to resolve our claims Ryan continued to be effective. Unfortunately the insurance policy that the driver had was not sufficient to compensate us for our injuries. Therefore Ryan was able to recover money out of the at-fault driver’s pocket for our injuries. Once we recovered as much as we could, Ryan then turned his attention to our health insurance company and did an excellent job dealing with it and its reimbursement claims. This entire matter was traumatic and extremely difficult. I am very thankful that we had Ryan to help us with our recovery and guide us through this process. I recommend you contact him if you’ve been injured.

Thank you Ryan!

I was injured when a car struck me when I was walking in a crosswalk. It was a traumatic experience for many reasons. A few months after the collision I learned about Ryan and his services through a WSU alumni organization that he and my husband both belong to. I had many questions about what to do a...nd wanted to make sure hiring a lawyer was the right move. Ryan and I met and he listened to my concerns and answered my questions I had about my claim against the at fault driver and what that process might look like. At no time did Ryan pressure me at all to hire him but he did recommend I hire an attorney because of the injuries I sustained. I did hire Ryan because I felt he had good judgement and he listened to my concerns. Throughout the entire case Ryan did an excellent job explaining where we were at in the case and what I could expect. When the settlement offers presented by the at fault party's insurance company were unreasonable Ryan knew it was time to file suit. Fortunately, shortly after he did that we were able to reach a settlement with the at-fault party's insurance company. Ryan did an excellent job with my case - he was kind and patient with me throughout and followed through with the case in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him if you need an injury attorney.

Ryan was great

If you’ve been hurt in an automobile accident and don’t want to hassle with the insurance companies hire Ryan.  Here is why I say that.   I was hit by a drunk driver in my car when I was exiting the freeway.  After the collision, the driver he switched seats with his passenger after the crash, but be...fore the cops arrived.   Once the police arrived they figure it all out and arrested the guy who hit me.   I was taken to the hospital with injuries and the driver was taken to jail.  I hired Ryan shortly after the crash because I wanted to make sure the person who hit me was prosecuted for drunk driving, that my medical bills were paid and that I was compensated for the injuries I sustained.  Ryan helped with all of this.  He was in contact with the King County Prosecutor and ultimately found out that the guy who hit me skipped bail and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.  He made sure my medical bills were paid by my own insurance company which was a huge relief.  Finally when it came time to resolve my case he recovered the maximum available under the at-fault driver’s insurance policy.  He was then also able to recover under my own underinsured motorist policy.   Ryan kept me informed throughout the entire process and always answered my questions quickly.   He never set unrealistic expectations and clearly knows this area of the law.  If you need an attorney to help you with an injury, I’d contact Ryan.  At the very least he will tell you what your options are so you can make an informed decision on how to proceed.

Turning a terrible situation into success!

No obstacle is too big for Ryan to overcome and I recommend you give him a call if you’ve been in a car accident. Here’s why I say that. Getting hit by someone is bad enough, but it’s even worse when their insurance company won’t even pay the medical bills you’ve incurred to treat your injuries. T...hat is the situation I found myself in before I hired Ryan. I did everything I could to work with the at fault party’s insurance company, but they were just being very unreasonable. When I hired Ryan, I had just moved overseas to start a new job so he and I had our initial meetings via skype and zoom. This was pre-COVID so I was really happy that Ryan was able to use this technology to communicate with me. Right when I hired Ryan he tried to resolve the case with the insurance company, but again they kept being unreasonable and wouldn’t pay for all of my medical bills. Ryan then filed a lawsuit on my behalf and shortly after found out that the person who hit me had died a few years after the collision for reasons unrelated to the collision. This made things even more complicated, but Ryan knew exactly what to do. Ryan kept pushing forward on the case until we resolved it through the court. He was able to do all of this even though we were in the middle of COVID and I was living in China! Ryan is a great injury attorney. I recommend you contact him if you’ve been in a car accident and want to be treated fair.
