I came to Lauren with very specific and detailed business requirements around the contracts I needed created. I had knowledge from my procurement background about what should be included and what to protect myself from, but needed an expert to ensure I had contracts that completely protected me. Coming from 18 years in Fortune 100 companies, I had very high expectations.
Lauren was very patient and truly listed to my needs, even repeating what she understood me saying and offering me even more ways to protect myself. It was not the typical attorney experience I have had in the past. She was down-to-earth, humble, funny yet still extremely professional and obviously was an expert in her profession.
We reviewed my needs and she gave me a delivery date that was faster than I would have thought possible. And she delivered exactly as she said she would. She was completely open to changes and feedback, and truly meant it. The deliverables were some of the highest quality I have received in 18+ years.
Lauren writes contracts that are in "plain English." I could actually understand what it said without interpretation! I knew this is something my clients would appreciate as well so they knew I was being clear, straightforward, honest and understood exactly what they were agreeing to. Being honest and authentic is part of my brand, so these contracts continued to represent my brand. Plus, I have full confidence that I can easily explain the contracts to them based on how she wrote them.
I would absolutely recommend Lauren. I will indeed be using her again the next time I need a contract. In fact, I recommend her to everyone I know that is even considering putting an agreement or contract in place. Please know that someone has to really exceed my expectations for me to recommend them since if I give a poor referral, I believe it reflects negatively on me. Lauren will wow you and anyone you refer her to.
If you want someone who truly cares and listens, exceeds your business requirements and expectations, has extremely outstanding customer service and delivers highly impactful contracts/agreements that are easy to read and highly effective, Lauren is who you want to hire.
I truly felt she cared about me as a person, as well as protecting my business. After you work with her, you'll be recommending her too :)

I have used Lauren as my small business attorney on several occasions over the past year to help me work through contracts questions/issues. As a solopreneur with a corporate background that includes contracts review, I’m extremely picky about dotting i’s and crossing t’s. With Lauren, I’ve been extremely pleased. In each instance, she was highly responsive and professional — always able to fit my need in the timeframe I was hoping. Lauren also quickly understood the nuances I needed for my business, and delivered resulting content/documents and review with the fine-tooth comb required. Recently, she helped me revamp several service agreement documents that had become unwieldy and hard-to-read into a "templatized" package that I will be able to re-use and easily explain to my clients. Thank you Lauren!
