I've retained Dave on various legal issues for my business for about five years now. I first hired him to help deal with a breach of contract and he was able to resolve that without going to court or arbitration. What I most appreciate about Dave is he will neither talk down to me nor get caught up u...sing jargon; instead of explaining things I can google for myself, he will explain what the actual legal issues are and provide insight coming from experience that aren't obvious to a layperson. I'm grateful for the fact that he's always been in my corner no matter how small the issue, and I have always been able to reach him whether I have a problem or just seeking advice.
