Responsive and honest

I was trying to get out of a property buying contract. Keil briefly break down the case for me and analyzed every possibility for me. He honestly told me in this case, he can't do much for me. It's better for me to let it go and save my time. I appreciate all the information from him.

Business Acquisition

I recently purchased a company and Keil worked as my Lawyer through the process. He was exactly what I needed and his advice was timely and served me well. During the negotiations of the purchase agreement he was patient and answered all my questions and helped me avoid pitfalls that I would have fallen right into without his help. He also helped me structure my other LLCs and register them with the state. I actually wish I had gotten him involved sooner as it would have eased the purchase. When I did get him on the team, he got up to speed very quickly and took us across the finish line. I will be using Keil for any of my legal needs going forward with my companies. I highly recommend him.

Gets the job done!

I recently worked with Keil on a M&A transaction; Keil represented the Buyer and I was the Seller's M&A advisor. Keil was incredibly good to work with. He advocated strongly for his client, but knew when and how to negotiate to get the deal done. I really enjoyed the grace in which Keil conducted himself- professional, but not stuffy- communicative but not too much so - firm, but polite. I would highly recommend Keil for anyone thinking of seller or buying a lower middle market company!

Great Resource

We hired Kiel to assist us with acquiring a business. Within the first few minutes Keil helped us redefine our strategy to capitalize on, and retain, a significant revenue stream. He was very quick and reactive on working through the deal on short notice. We would very much look forward to working with him again.

Solid Counsel

In 2016, my company went through a difficult restructuring involving a partner buy out. Keil was instrumental in creating the necessary documents to make the buyout as painless as possible. Through the negotiations with my (former) partners, there was no question that Keil had my best interest in mind and directed me through legal pitfalls that I could find myself in and provided the necessary protections. Breaking up is hard to do, but Keil’s guidance resulted in a mutually satisfactory restructuring.

Responsive and thorough

We have had a number of service contracts and employment agreements reviewed by Keil. He is always very responsive (withing an hour), providing the complete review/recommendations often same day. Keil's previous business experience really sets him apart from most attorneys that have had no other career than lawyer.

Very knowledgeable!

I recently started a software company and hired Keil to help draft and review ownership and operating agreements with my partners. Keil has done a wonderful job of providing excellent advice, reviewing documents and drafting responses, all at a moments notice. As questions have arisen throughout the process, Keil has been very responsive and walked me through the various nuances and potential pitfalls with ease. His fees are very reasonable and the results have been outstanding. I highly recommend him.

Keil Larsen's Performance Review

Keil recently resolved an LLC issue caused by my former lawyer failing to file the proper documents. Keil was extremely effective in filing the correct paperwork with the Secretary of State and Department of Revenue as well as completing a Quit Claim Deed. I greatly appreciate Keil's efficiency, professionalism, honesty and thorough communication in the matter. Keil also performed estate planning on behalf of my wife and myself which we were also very pleased.

Top notch attorney

I personally hired Keil to negotiate the buyout of my interest in a professional services firm. This was a contentious situation and I needed strong attorney handle the other party as well as keep me in line with realistic expectations of the possible outcomes. The results could hardly have come out better. Keil has a relaxed client-attorney demeanor as well which was great for me in dealing with an already stressful situation. I didn't need an uptight attorney to add to my stress. I have also worked with Keil in conjunction with several of my clients handling partner buyouts, entity formations, asset acquisitions and various other contracts, corporation, LLC and partnership issues. As a referring professional my clients' experience is a critical reflection on me positively or negatively. All of my clients have been very happy with their results as well as Keil's expertise and professionalism. I will absolutely continue to refer to Keil.

Great Advice, Great Service
