It's really important no to deal with insurance companies on your own when your in an accident. (Especially, when you're not at fault). It's a different game. They will low ball you with any chance they can get with your pain and suffering. Also keep in mind, that your car's value will drop after rep...airs and your insurance will either go up or they drop you. You need a lawyer that knows what compansations you should receive as accident victim, and a consumer. This place is as professional as it gets. You'll feel at ease after talking to Eric and he'll tell you that the primary thing is your recovery. Eric and his assistant Hillary were great at communicating back if I had any concerns. They went straight to work dealing with, medical billing, insurance. So, that I can focus on getting better, my family, and work. In the end, I was very happy with my settlement. Its 4 times the amount camplaired, if I did it on my own. My wife is currently a client aswell! She was hit twice in one year by a texter, and another driver who wasn't paying attention staring at an accident from opposite side.
