It's really important no to deal with insurance companies on your own when your in an accident. (Especially, when you're not at fault). It's a different game. They will low ball you with any chance they can get with your pain and suffering. Also keep in mind, that your car's value will drop after rep...airs and your insurance will either go up or they drop you.
