I hired Eric Nelson to replace another lawyer who was not handling my car accident case well at all. I've had to hire a lot of lawyers in my life, and Eric by far has been the best I've had the pleasure of working with. He has a very pleasant, soft spoken demeanor, very caring and sensitive to your c...ase, and personal needs. He listens very well, ALWAYS stays in communication if something new arises, makes himself personally available to speak if you call or email him with questions, and is incredibly reliable. Eric is easy to talk to and always knows what's going on with your case at any given moment. I've never ever had difficulty getting to speak personally to Eric, or his assistant Hillary, who is also very reliable and great to work with. Lawyers in general have not been something that I have ever found to be easy to work with, trust, get ahold of or even speak to, but Eric Nelson was a major exception to the norm. I'm incredibly satisfied with the service that Eric Nelson provided me as my car accident attorney, mostly because of how pleasant he was to work with, how easy he was to talk to, the warm and polite way he treated me, how patient he was, how hard he worked on my case, his attention to detail, constant knowledge of the specifics and details of my case at any given moment, and the overall manner in which he treated me like a close friend or family member, NOT a number, or stranger, or burden. In addition to the way he treated me, he truly did maximize the award I got from my case, far more so than other lawyers I've hired. Most lawyers in my experience just try to get you in the door, and quickly out with a small award, and treat you like a number, as they rely on hiring tons of clients, getting them small awards and relying on their volume of clients to sustain their business instead of maximizing the client's award, or getting them what they deserve. Eric was the absolute opposite. His level of personal care was extremely high, I was never ever treated like a number, and he wanted to get me every penny he could, and for this I am very thankful.
