With more than 20 years of experience focusing on employment law in the Seattle area, I know when you have a case against your employer. Laws pertaining to employment are complex, and because Washington recognizes the doctrine of at-will employment, bringing a case against your employer can be difficult. I know the laws and can tell you if your rights have been violated. If they have, I will fight to right the wrong that has been done to you.
I began my career in 1982 as a prosecuting attorney, which gave me daily courtroom experience. As a prosecutor, I learned how to fight for my clients in court, and it's an attitude I still bring to cases today. If we need to take your case to court, I will fight vigorously for you.

Ms. Weiss is a strong advocate for individual civil rights and has made significant contributions to the legal protections we have today by creating valuable legal precedent through her work. I've had the opportunity to work with Ms. Weiss on several cases and have seen in practice the extensive litigation experience she brings to the table. Employment claims are often complicated and I always value her insight and perspective especially on employment disability accommodation, discrimination and particularly nuanced family medical leave issues. If you have the chance to work with Ms. Weiss she will see your legal issues through to the best possible outcome.
